Review: I took my car to no limit auto body shop months ago I had gotten into a fender bender. No limit was supposed to repair my car and return it. They keep it longer than normal repair time and would not let me see my car. I went to their business to raise fuss they told me the car was in a fire. I received a estimate from my insurance company for repair. They fixed the car incorrectly.

Now they said my car overheaTed and they have 2 take it to a repair shop. I have a 2014 mercedes cla. The car has been service and ran great. No limit will not let me see my car. Every time I speak to the there is a new problem. I am concerned they are not repairing the car correctly and I don't know the whereabouts to my car. I am currently paying a car note and insurance. I feel I am a woman that men are taking advantage of. The guy working told me he was the owner they switched owners on me 3 times. They hang up the phone on me and won't talk to me I feel I have a right to know where my car is and what is going onDesired Settlement: I want my car back worked on correctly.

I would like to see my car and have a say so on what is being done. I feel they need to be professional and communicate with me.

I really need help making sure my car was repaired correctly and I would like my car returned to me

Review: My car was involved in an accident on May **,2013.Car was towed to No Limit Auto Body for repairs.My insurance Company Allstate,sent their Adjuster to view my car at the body shop a written estimate. After 4 weeks my car was ready for me to pick up. I noticed that parts needing replacement as per estimate were NOT changed. Front Grille to be new is Used Part,new front tire was to be replaced but wasn't,2 reconditioned wheels to be installed and were Not,Etc.I brought the car back as per Company Written Guarantee on their website.They took my car an additional 2 times,each with specific lists of the problems that I & others noticed. My car was at the body shop a total of 6 weeks & the Same problems are still very evident. I would get my car back only to have the same problems. I spoke with both [redacted] & [redacted] at No Limit,they assured me that my car would look in "original shape" when completed.It Was NOT. [redacted] wanted me to bring it in a Fourth (4th) time but I feel as though I gave them the opportunity to do right thing and the failed to produce quality work.I have pictures & copies of ALL correspondences,"lists of very poor quality work"for you to view.Desired Settlement: 1) I paid No Limit Auto Body $9997,money that I received from Allstate.2) I also had to pay Hertz Car Rental $1019 for the initial 4 week period that No Limit had my car.Im seeking A Full Refund of $11,016 so that I can have my car repaired properly and with the correct parts.

Review: My experience with no limit auto body was absolutely awful from the service, to the employees, and lack of communication I have nothing but negative feedback to say about this establishment. It all started when there was some damage that needed to be fixed on my daughters car we were recommended by a friend no limit auto body. We dropped off my daughter car and my insurance company covered me for a rental. This is when the awful situation all began after about two week of my daughters car still being at no limit auto body I decided to give them a call I spoke to an employee who was very rude and ill mannered, but that's neither here nor there. The employee I spoke to said the car should be done by the end of the week now this is where the lies began. It was an ongoing lie that my daughters car should be done in a quote day or two, and this lie continued so long that my time on my rental ran out. My insurance company did not pay for the extra time I had the rental vehicle and I was stuck dishing out 392$ dollars. I spoke to the owner of the establishment about the time on the rental running out and he assured me I would be reimbursed due to the fact my daughters car was not yet done. When I finally got my daughter car back it was in fair condition I have most definitely seen better work and in the next few days there were a few problems my daughter went to open her driver side door and the door handle came off and her windows didn't roll down. I called the auto body shop to ask about the reimbursement and the owner refused to communicate with me and I still have not received my reimbursement. All in all this is an absolutely awful establishment I can say much more but their not worth the time I would avoid them at all costs a truly rancid experience I had.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed by no limit auto body for my 392$ dollars due my to rental time running out.
