In regards to this complain we will not be selling the customer something for a part that will cost us $lossWe have already canceled and refunded their payment in full 100%I will attach the email correspondences between us as
well showing exactly what we did and you can clearly see there is no fault on us other then a simple mistakeAt no point did we pressure the customer or try any Bait and Switch practice as he is claiming. As we all know, last week was a huge shopping day of the year and we tried being apart of that as wellOne of the specials we were running was for the Manley H Beam rods for the price of $ShippedThe price would be live on our site for that amount and customers could buy onlineIn order for us to do that we had to create a simple file that we use to update the website pricingSince all products would be the same price of $330, we just needed the list of part #'s that would apply(I have attached this and its called manley-bf.txt) Unfortunately without knowing and catching it until this customers order was placed, one of the part #'s *** was added to that file when it should not have beenIt falls into a completely different product class and costs us alot more moneyOnce we returned from the holiday and began processing the orders, we noticed this problem and immediately reached out to the customerOur email:

Thank you for your inquiry, but there is no need for 3rd party interference. Also, we are not giving a full refund, the Revdex.com is not a tool to shake companies down. The transaction was past 60 days, so the refund process for sending refunds is not the same as a simple "refund original payment". We...

have to manually send the customer funds, which requires management authorization and that would be me. I have been out for personal reasons, and only getting caught up now. I have send the customers refund of $823.84 now and this subject matter is closed. I appologize it was delayed, that is my fault, but I was tending to unfortunate personal tragedy. Please let me know if there is anything further we need to do. Thank you
