We would like to respond to [redacted] 's statement listed as a contract dispute in regards to his purchase of a Chevy Suburban from No Limit MotorsportsDue to a series of minor scheduling delays, the registration process did take longer than the standard daysWe tried to keep *** [redacted] up to date as we had news on the progress of registration and would like to include that he was really helpful in the inspection needed at the last minute to complete the processWe worked on this through a federal holiday schedule and a family health emergency that had our office closed down for over a weekAlthough we understand the frustration that this situation must have caused, we did everything we could possibly do to keep him informed such as calling and emailing him step by step on where we were with it as well as providing an additional temporary tag so he could drive his truck legally until we were able to complete the registration processThe registration for [redacted] 's vehicle was completed on January 10th at which time he received his plates and registration stickerThanks
