On Sept. 8,2018 I hired *** moving company to move me outof my townhouse into a storage unit.His guys didnt take proper care of my items and now I have a damaged washer, as well as my master bedroom furniture has damage. Call *** on 10/1/18 to discuss with him the findings and he was rude and stated that I should have gotten insurance. Never once did he offer me any insurance.
Refund Refund or cost to replace my washer
After moving the items into the storage the client had her husband to move the items in there new home. After speaking with the husband he informed me that the items might have been dadamaged when he moved them. I clearly state in my invoice that there is no refund on labor. The customer did not purchase the insurance. The customer contacted me 30 days after service. At this point it is out of my hands and I am not liable.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The owner never spoke with us about insurance through his company. He also isnt telling the truth as I reached out to him 20 days after theu moved the items to the storage unit. He did speak to my husband and was informed that the washer was destroyed. He stated that because we disnt hire them to move the items from storage he wasnt responsible for the demages. *** never responded to the email sent to him rather he called.
