No Limit Powder Coating

Review: They promised the wheels and valve covers I had brought in, in 4 days, got them back two weeks later in the wrong color all along telling me "it will get done today', TONS of orange peel, very thin powder on the back side of the wheels to the point where it doesn't even fully cover the metal, debris under the powder along the rims, AND The cost was higher than what I was quoted. After expressing my frustration mid-week the 2nd week, the guy rolled his eyes, threw out excuse after excuse, then pretty much brushed me off. When I arrived to pick up the wheels, there was no apologies for the wait, no 'thank you for your business', not even eye contact or conversation. Now that I'm home, I've inspected the valve covers and the work is also sub-par. The masking was not done properly where I specified, there are drip marks on the one of them from putting too much powder, and ALL of my hardware is missing! They never returned it. I've tired call back multiple time, but as usual, no one picks up the phone. In addition to the increase in the initial quote, There was an extra percentage (not flat) fee for using my visa credit card that I was not aware of. After picking up the wheels, I had no choice but to install them as the original wheels on my car already had a buyer that I had to deliver to. This costs me $80.00, and now my car will be on jackstands while have the tires dismounted again, and re-powdercoated elsewhere, then mounted again.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the work performed. Even if you take out the fact that it's not the correct color, the quality of the work is unacceptable. I would also like my hardware back including gaskets, bolts, and specialty hardware or the value of replacement back in cash.$397.80 for the powder coating of 4 wheels and 2 valve coversOne valve cover is acceptable and was quoted $35 for it, so less that. $150.00 worth of missing hardware.$80.00 mounting balancingTotal: $592.80
