it upon her self to send me a check for 500.00 dollars in the mail which I did not deposit until the start of the job I want to make it clear that I do not take deposits on my jobs and do not do the work The job was 5,500 dollars I was paid for only for the work that was completed which was 50% of the job so with the high demand for materials half way through the job my gutter warehouse tells me there out of the material for that job for at least two weeks I have there info as well to collaborate so I reschedule with the homeowner and at that time the weekend before I was scheduled to go back there my employee does a no call no show and then texts me later and tells me he found another job I am owner operated business and on a job like that I need some what of experience help which is hard to find everything that we removed was reinstalled and fully complete I will refund the 500.00 for the deposit no problem.

I have no idea what this lady is talking about now and if you want to have that company that you had finish the job meet me or call me XXX-XXX-XXXX to meet me to show me what there talking about And I bet if you had another company finish there work you change your mind again and probably start to ruin there reputation the corners that I installed are the practice there are only two ways to put corners on houses one is to hand cut the corner to fit which is considered custom or to use box miters which is a lot easier and have several seams in them that leak the miters that I installed were hand cut at my trailer and installed to fit your house and was sealed with geo seal 2320 and I also want to make it clear that we did not leave your house 1/2 un finish we did not touch or remove any part of the second part of your home so everything that we removed was fully completed so don't try to make it sound like we removed your gutters and downspouts and left you with nothing so all the reviews that your writing is misleading trying to make it sound worst then it really was we completed everything that we removed and took no more money then what was completed look I was put in a predicament when my help of 5 years walk out on me not only did I lose the rest of the said job I had to reschedule all of my work that I had schedule and unfortunately you had to have some other company finish the job but if you feel the need the to try and completely ruin my reputation go ahead I know I did my job right and in 15 years of service I have never dealt with someone of this character and as a small business owner I had the feeling not to touch this job just by the first impression and everybody else's demeanor that was working on that job but it was a referral so I have learned a valuable lesson here to trust my gut!!
