No Limit Tires & Wheels

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I am unable to drive my range rover at all.And I am missing workthe last range rover I had they put bigger tires on the truck and I never had a single problemIam will to pay any difference for bigger tires and I need this done within the next days please I should not have to be taking the city bus when I have a range rover in my drive way I have been a loyal customer for several years and I wish to continue to be so as long as the fix my problemI have been to several other tire shops and everyone has told me that bigger tires are an option for my truck versus the rubber band tires they put on Regards, [redacted]

OK, we will put a bigger size tires on the customers Range Rover and customer will have to pay the difference on the tires and labor, But letting the Customer and the Revdex.com know after switching them to a bigger size tires and if the vehicle rubs not able to turn wheels or any other issues,  We are not going to be reasonable for any issue customer going to have after that nor going to give a refund, Because we had done the right size tire from the beginning.

Customer approved and signed receipt on July 26, 2014 and then a week later calls us wanting a bigger size tire. That is the size tire that is recommended on a 26 inch wheel for a small SUV ( Range Rover ) If it...

would of been a big SUV we would of done a bigger size tire ( example: Tahoe, Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, Hummer h2 ), but since its a small SUV that is the tire that goes on there. If we were to put a bigger size tire on a Range Rover, it would rub at all times and for sure customer wouldn't be able to operate vehicle. As for the rubber band tires of course when upgrading to a way bigger size wheel and tire it will not ride the same, the bigger the wheel the smaller the tire gets. Its just for looks and not for a smoother ride. Customer went from size 19 inch wheels to size 26 inch wheels, and that's a really big difference.
