NO Limit Wireless

Review: Completely unhelpful and not willing to help resolve my issue in the first place.

I entered the company on 11/24/2013 at approximately 11:30. I went in and paid my bill. The rep gave me a total and I let him know immediately that was incorrect. He asked me my name and I again stated my name. He Saud my bill was 55.00 I didn't agree but swiped my card anyways. The total charged was 58.00. My bill wasn't due until 3 more days being the 27th. My phone was suspended the day after thanksgiving. I was shocked and contacted metro. They informed me I needed a confirmation number. I then contacted NO limit wireless. The guy told me he couldn't give me a confirmation number I tell him I have my rexiept can he track the payment. He said not without confirmation number. I leave and try to gather myself . Metro gives me 24 hours to get the lost payment found or a confirmation number. I return to the store on December 1staerva with my rexiept in.hand. the same guy starts to pull up video surveillance of Nov 24th as if I'm lying. I ask him can u please give me the confirmation number to my payment because its not been credited to my account. He calls out a completely different phone number not mine saying I paid there bill. I had to pay again being my correct amount for my service. 41.00. The man was rude, unhelpful and could care less in helping me get it resolved. When clearly he made the mistake of putting money from my card to soneone else's phone number. Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of my 58.00 seeing I paid again 41.00 and also because its my [redacted] money. And I'd like it back.

About Ms [redacted] she had made a payment and I had given her 2 receipts one form her debit card and one for the payment she requested to pay. I tried helping her but she was very disrespectful and didn't want to listen to what I have to say. then she came in the next day and I showed her video footage that I had gave her 2 receipts and she seen that. Therefor unless she has the other receipt I can not determine what happened. I tried to but again she was rude. In most cases a lot of people pay bills for friends, boy friends, girl friends, etc. and after request a refund. I can not refund a payment if she had made it on an acct unless she has the original recipet I had gave her. I really want to resolve this issue for her and help her but she is very very rude to me and doesn't want to hear me.

I've been a citizen for 28 years and everyone makes mistakes, and yes its always the customers responsibility to keep records, but also there are plenty of ways to go back in a system.and pull up records such as a receipts and that could easily have been done here.in.my situation but obviously the owner didn't wanna help so therefore here we are. But if he is willing to refund me my money I'm happy. I don't care if it comes from his pocket or his register its all the same seeing he is the owner so.he says. Merry Christmas.

I been in business for almost 10 years at this location. I have never had a complaint that I couldn't resolve. I showed the customer footage that I had given her 2 receipts. It is the customers responsibility to keep those receipts for reasons of this matter. However being the nice guy that I am I am willing to give the customer her $58.00 from my pocket to resolve this. I was not in fault in this case. But it's ok. Merry Christmas.
