the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The job is not complete.  I have proof of text communication where he agreed to complete the job and that it is his fault the paint did not take from the rain.  All contractors know when the weather will affect their job which is why he agreed to FINISH and correct damage from the rain.  I will have to proceed to small claims court if he does not redo damage from rain and finish the wood he did not paint from the original contract agreement.I will began the process of print the text communication receipt of payment in FULL and the original invoice agreement.  I have EVER text he sent including his acknowledgement to come back and complete the job.  I am extremely disappointed I will have to sue him and invest in a lawyer IF he does not refund me $250 or complete the job and fix the damages in FULL with 30 days from this letter!
