To whom it may concern, I apologize for the late response to our complaint with Fortuna High School I wanted to make sure that we had taken all the proper steps in resovling this matter in a positive way I have been in contact with Mr [redacted] in order to find out how and where this miscommunication had begun During the process of figuring everything out, we came to the conclusion that Coach [redacted] had indeed signed the contract on, Feburary 6, while attending the Clinc of Champions Unfortuntley Coach [redacted] did not inform Mr [redacted] about his decsion to take part in our program which was the cause of this miscommuncationOver the years I have personally built a solid and strong relationship with many local business owners and the community of Fortuna which is the reason this issues casued me great concern Due to the fact that Mr [redacted] was unable to find which coach of his had signed the contract, I did what I felt was nessescary in order to resolve this I was able to link the phone number given on the contract to a, Coach [redacted] , while using [redacted] After finding the coaches name I was able to confirm that he indeed had attended the coaches clinic and compare his name to the signature given to us on the contract I was able to send over all the documentaion that support these facts to Mr[redacted] and would be more than happy to forward them to you if need be In addition to those documents, at the request of Mr [redacted] , I also sent over a complete description of how my company runs our programs and how coaches are signed up for this programs Due to the seriousness of this situation, I understand the frustation coming from Mr [redacted] but it also concerns me because I have never been dishonest with any schools or communitesI explained to Mr [redacted] that I am in this business to not only support the community but to help support schools in their sports programs As a proud parent, I know the importance of having a strong sports program in our schools so our children can have positive activites to be a part of while learning many skills I would love to move forward and continue to build a solid relationship with Mr [redacted] and Fortuna High School as I have done so with many other schools and communites for many years If you have any further questions or concerns please feel to contact me.Sincerly, [redacted] ***NO LIMITS MEDIA [redacted]
On or about August 10th, 2016, I received a call from an Impact Ink employee who said that she was representing our high school Athletic DepartmentShe said that they were getting sponsors for the T-shirts that the school and cheerleaders give out to the students at pep rallies and gamesShe asked if we wanted to place a sponsorship for $and in return we would get our logo on the back of the T-shirts and that 100% of the money raised from the shirts went to the Athletic DepartmentI proceeded to ask her if the dance team would be able to get some of the money, as I have a daughter on the school dance team and it seems like they don’t get much from the schoolThe employee then proceeded to go so far as to tell me that if the dance team asked the person in charge of the fund raising, they would be able to use some of the money as wellAnd that all my daughter had to do to get a free one was to go to the office when they came in and tell them that my company helped sponsor them and they would give her oneAt no time did the employee of Impact Ink state that they WERE NOT with our local high school and that they actually had absolutely nothing to do with the school at allThe whole conversation was done in a way to make me believe that they were from the school, working for the schoolOn September 8th, 2016, I called the activities director at our local high school, because I had not received the email for the proof for the t-shirt yet and was wondering when that would beThe activities director proceeded to tell me that this group of telemarketers actually had NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL, and that the school never ordered any shirts and knew nothing about themI then called the employee at Impact Ink back and asked her what was going on, why the school knew nothing of them, and why we hadn’t received a proof as promisedShe said that I should call the track coach at our high school, and she would know all about it and that their graphic designer was running behind and we would be getting the email with the proof soonI hung up with the employee and called the track coach who also knew NOTHING ABOUT THIS! She said that they only thing she could think of was that she had started to fill out a form at a coach’s convention, but had never signed it, and NEVER ORDERED ANY SHIRTSWe immediately filed a fraud claim with our bankSince then, I have emailed Impact Ink and sent them a certified letter with a return receipt requested, which someone did sign and receiveI have heard NOTHING from the company trying in any way to make this situation better They have also ignored the Revdex.com's attempts to contact them
