Mr. Little approved the estimate which is why we proceeded with repairs. All customers are provided an estimate with diagnose, and repair for labor and parts. If a customer decides that they would like to bring in their own part, that is at their choice. However, if doing so, our company warranty will be voided. If the problem persisted within 12 months or 12,000 miles, we would gladly repair the problem under warranty free of charge for labor and parts.
