They pressure washed the outside of my building and water got through my front door. I didn’t notice the water under my mats until a couple of days later and by that time it damaged my laminate floors. I complained to Stan who was the manager at the time and he said it wasn’t their fault and that water damage was there before. This happened in May last year and it’s still not resolved.
Bottom door threshold seal was not maintained therefore causing water and cold air to get in. No direct water was sprayed onto doors. Previous humidity/water damage within suite present prior to event. Evident rust accumulated on inner door hinges along with heavy deteriorating dirty/stained base boards present (if only it was possible to provide pictures on comment). Notices were posted prior to service and plenty of notices given to take any precautions needed if required to seal (door towel under door). No warning or attention was given prior to service of problematic area.
