I received your letter in the mail and everything is fine with No More Dirty Roofs.I spoke with the owner on the telephone and he explained my complaint. He has replaced the gutters and I told him that my husband had someone coming to replace our roof.I am not happy that this happened in this order...

because if they roofing company damages the gutters it will not be our fault at all. The owner understands what I told him as well and therefore when the roofing company does arrive I will be letting them know.Thank you,[redacted]He explained that his warranty does not cover any further damage and that we would have to pay again to replace the gutters.
