No More Rubbish

We dealt with this company and were given an estimate over the phone of $ When they arrived on site they immediately increased the estimate to $ After loading the truck which was an F-with plywood up the back of the commercial bed (no larger than a *** truck cubic yards) they wanted $dollars or they would dump the rubbish back out on the front driveway When I called to have a detailed invoice sent to me - as I wasn't left one and was forced to pay and sign a copy they took with the - or they wouldn't leave or they would unload the truck onto our front driveway - the person refused and told me it was because they had sent me a cubic yard truck They falsely advertise the size of their fleet - refuse to give you an invoice - the address they are operating under is - or they just refuse to accept mail They *** refuse to cooperate with anyone about anything These are very shady business practices and to leave customers feeling extorted and refuse to be cooperative are both extremely poor business practices This company appears to know how to navigate the system and get away with ripping off customers
