No More Signs

I am writing to dispute a payment that was made in the amount of $to No More Signs on 10/22/as an automated debit from my bank account I had authorized a payment of $from that account to close the account on or about 10/20/Thay unilaterally decided to debit my account in the amount of $claiming that the additional $was for dropping off and picking up my signs from their warehouseFirst of all, they DID NOT pick up my signs when I became a client of theirsI dropped them off and and I have the receipt to prove itSecondly, when I cancelled my account with the, they DID NOT give me the option of picking up my signs personallyThey dropped them off and then charged me $Had they given me the option to either pick them up or have them delivered for $I would have picked them up myself I do agree that I owe them a $fee for the month of October, but nothing more Product_Or_Service: Sign pick up and drop off
