No Pass No Pay State Inspection

I went to get a vehicle inspection, there was two employees performing the inspection a female employee in training, and another employ Virgil, the female employee closed the hood with the hood stand still locked in holding the hood. The hood bent in half and with the force of using both hands to close the hood it even broke the hood stand. The employee Virgil bent the hood back down to attempt to close the hood. I was then handed a card to there parent shop Chamunda Automotives and was told to take the vehicle there to the owner Rajan *** who would take care of the repairs. I talked with Rajan *** who then sent me back to the inspection shop to talk with Virgil and resolve the repairs with him. I went back and now Virgil is stating the hood was bent allready, he's also stating let's negotiate and I pay half and you pay half, when I didn't perform the damage. I'm now told to get two estimates when before the parent shop was supposed to fix it, now after getting two estimates one even from there own parent shop which there employee stated it would take $500 to repair the hood but due to it taking place at the shop with Virgil it can be done for $300. I took both estimates to Virgil, Virgil also stated they can't pay the whole amount to repair the damage by there employee, Virgil also stated the female employee was fired and if I persue her I wouldn't get no money. I have pictures of my car timestamped from my cell phone that shows no damage. I have been going here for years and this is the first bad experience I ever had and I'm so tired of getting the run around and noting is gettting done and they are not willing to pay for the damages made by them. I told Virgil I'm not even including me having to rent a car while the car is in the shop or the price of repairing the hood stand, even if they just repair the hood I'm still loosing out on money. Please alll I want is my car repaired im not trying to pocket no money! I keep getting delayed for Repairs and pressures that I need to pay half
