We are sorry for the Home Warranty decision that was made on your behalfWhen NPM performs a warranty claim call, we are hired as a
3rd party to evaluate a failed HVAC systemNPM then performs a complete system evaluation
NPM then turns the evaluation report into your home warranty cofor authorizationAt this time NPM does not know what your policy will cover or not coverThis is between you and your warranty coNPM also takes photos of the failed, improperly installed, or lack of maintenance itemsWe can send them to you if you would like
NPM does agree with Gains diagnosesYour compressor was shorted to groundYou had a suction line filter dryer that was installed incorrectly, and a clogged A/C condenser coil that may have caused this compressor to failIt would be like a clogged artery in your body, may cause a heart attack eventuallyA compressor is the heart of your cooling system, it is a pumpYour compressor had a heart attack and shorted to ground
If you disagree with these findings, please call your warranty company and request a 2nd opinionNPM cannot do this, because it is your Home Warranty policyNPM feels we have done a good job for you, and we have to report our findings honestly regardless of the outcome

We are sorry that we have not met your expectations as a warranty companyWe have spoke with both spouses on numerous occasions on 8/7/We explained in detailed and apologized explaining that the authorization process is performed thru the clients Home Warranty program and we have no control
over the speed of how the claim would be handledWe also explained we cannot input the claim until the tech gets to the shop and downloads it to the computer system that was after hours on fridayThe claim was input first thing on Monday mourning and was first denied then we where able to get it approvedExplained to the client the parts have been ordered and will be delivered to the shopWe explained to the client as soon as they get here we will call them and set up an appointment to get them installedThey have not been delivered to us as of yet and as soon as they get here we will call the client to get them installIf we have not performed to your expectations, you have the right to contact your warranty company and request another company to meet your needs.Sincerely *** ***Owner *** / *** 8/8/
