We greatly apologize to Mr [redacted] for this inconvenienceIt is never our intention to bombard a homeowner's mailbox and we respectfully understand that not everybody wants to receive our mailWe use an outside agency for our Direct Mail campaigns though we do take full responsibility for thisWe have a process in place to remove people from our mailing lists and have requested twice (via email in May and again on 8/31) for Mr [redacted] to be removedUnfortunately, it does not appear that our agency followed through and removed himWe treat matters like these with the utmost urgency and have already reached out to our agency to discuss why this has not been handledAgain, we apologize to Mr [redacted] We are working diligently to get this resolved as soon as possible
