Review: On 2/10/2015. I, [redacted] purchased [redacted] cell phone. On 5/26/15 I went to see why my phone was not operable, (it would not keep a charge) mind you, I have went there on 4 different occasion to let them no I was having phone problems.) but, on 5/26/2015, the manager [redacted] tells me the phone has to go to be repaired & it will take up to 2weeks to get it back. On 06/15/2015, I & a couple of my friends returned to the business to see about, why my phone was not ready, [redacted] was very rude & nasty not only to me, but my to my friends, he kept stating I bought back up with me, no they were accompanying me, cause one of those ladies was the one whom told me about the business & she did not like the way I was being treated, so ask him why...[redacted] got so rude they left out the store. I continue to ask him about my phone then, [redacted], accused me of damaging my phone, & speaking to me with an unnecessary attitude. It is now 7/13/2015 & I am still with out a cell phone, I am disabled, & 61 yrs. old, I am in need of a cell phone. I do not appreciate that business .Desired Settlement: I would like refund, or repair, or replacement of my cell phone. I would like an apology from [redacted] for being very rude not only to me buy to my friends.
Review: I took my tablet in to get the battery port repaired. Estimate for cost and time was very reasonable. I had another tablet that had a broken screen so I wanted them to take the battery port from that one and put it in the other one. I had to turn the tablets sideways to make sure that I gave him the one with the broken screen and told him I wanted the part taken from the one with the broken screen and I handed it to him. Then I handed him the other one. I picked the tablet up about 4 hours later, after work. He handed the tablets to me, stacked on top of each other, and I gave him the money for the repair. I ask him if he had charged it because I was going to turn it on and make sure that it worked, he said he did not have a charger, it was then that I noticed the screen was broken. I turned to him and showed it to him and said this is broken, He said that is the way you brought it in. I then told him it was not broken when I brought it in. He then got offensive and said that he did not appreciate me accusing him of breaking the screen when it was like that when I brought it in. I have no proof that it was not broken other than me and my family members, but I do know for a fact that it did not have a broken screen when I dropped it off. I would have noticed it when I looked at them to give him the one with the broken screen.Desired Settlement: I want the screen replaced at no cost to me.
