No Surrender Laser Tag

I am rejecting this response because:
They can take a statement from a guest whom they bribed and gave free games of laser tag toothis matter is not resolved, I did nothing but give a review based on out expeeience as did my spouse and guestsmy entire group will provide statements in regards to pur hprrific experiencethey can ban me for life, no loss to mw or my family as we have better places to spend oir moneyi provided more than ample proof of the bait and switch, degramation of chatector, proof they edited their slanderous posts, snd other guests on fb even commented on my spouses review stating how rude and unprofessional no surrenders review has beenthis company harasses customers for complaining to bad customer service

Hi,The customer can choose to proceed with any process she wishes toWe have a statement from a guest of her party stating her character and from our staff stating how we went above and beyond We had to block her , her husband and her friend *** from our Facebook due to absurd claims If you check our reviews on facebook, you will see we reply to all and listen to guests to better our productWe are very receptive to feedback and have given discounts and refunds in past to guests however not to guests who change their story afterwards and extort businesses for refunds after using the facilities Please consider this case closed from our end as we will no longer be replying backAll communication is confidential and the customer along with her friend *** are still banned from No Surrender Adventure Park in Clovis and any future sites as well Thank you. applied discounts and let certain parents in free all because the customer wanted to manipulate the promotions we had  to better  benefit her wants, even if it meant breaking our policy.  There is even a friend of the customer who was involved in the party that stated we did our best to accommodate them and came to meet us to tell us that after enjoying her event the customer wanted a refun because they have done that before at other businesses.   We will not be issuing a refund as the customer is blatantly lying and extorting money out of us by threatening online reviews and etc.   We offered discounts and free merchandise along with breaking our policies to cater to this specific customer, and we thought the situation was handled and customer was satisfied as it was an issue if her interpretation of the discount not what the discount actually was.  In addition please let his customer is no longer allowed at Our establishment.- No Surrender Management
