No Sweat Mechanical LLC

I recently had No Sweat Mechanical come out to my house to check out my extremely loud A/C Unit. I was pretty worried that the A/C Unit was on its last leg and I would have to replace the whole thing. I called NSM in the late afternoon and asked for an appointment to come inspect my A/C Unit and they were able to come out the very next morning. I only told them my Unit was being loud and might just need a tune-up as I did not want to be taken advantage of. Being a woman I am always concerned that I will be taken advantage of.

The NSM Technician arrived on time as scheduled and inspected my A/C Unit. He informed me, in a language I could easily understand, that it was so loud because my condenser fan motor was on it's way out and not the entire unit. What a relief! The technician recommended that I replace the condenser fan motor along with a tune-up. After he explained the pricing I did agree to both the tune-up and the new motor as the tune-up would help the longevity of the new motor. He did not have the new motor on hand so he asked when would be best for me for him to come back out to replace the motor and do the tune-up. We scheduled for the next morning for him to come out.

Once again the Technician arrived on time and was able to replace the motor and do the tune-up in a very timely manner. He was also very considerate upon coming into my house to ensure the unit was back up running properly and much more quietly too!
