This company steals their customers monies ands won't follow their policy I placed an order at the beginning of August It was for an $waist cincher I received my order on August 20th, but It was too small That same day, I emailed the company (through their contact us link), but to no avail No one ever respondedI checked out their policy which does not say that they wont accept exchanges (other than for butt lifters) I continued emailing them to a second email address (for exchanges) that appears on their website I explained that I had been emailing them and no one was contacting me backAt that time, I received an email from someone that just said: "Send the item back within 24hrs and you'll get a gift card" I replied and explained that their policy doesn't say anything about a 24hr period to return an item and I also asked for the address to which I should return it to No one replied to that second email of course, the 24hrs passed These are not cheap products They are stealing from those honest customers who can't contact them, if there's an issuesince there's not even an address listed on their website Now I have an product that do not fit me and they have my money
I found this website nowaistsociety.com on instagram, to purchase some garments they are selling. I contacted them via email (as instructed by the website) in otder to confirm that my order and size was correct. I emailed or text the number listed and never received a response. My persistance to speak with them came to a complete halt, no call, text, received. I wanted to ensure my order was placed correctly as once my order was received there is no returning the item. Its been over 17 days and still not received an email, call or response or even the product has yet to arrive. But they quickly charged my paypal account with in the 2nd day of order! This company has bad service and I will not be purchasing from them again!!
