Review: Went in looked at cars found one I liked but I did not want to start , thefore I chose another vehicle. I took it for a test drive and everything was fine , except they wanted my down payment before I could get a car fax or insurance I paid but didn't get the car until 2 days later 2/18/15 as I drove to work I heard noises that I didn't hear when I test drove the car. I returned the vehicle but they insisted that I bring it back another day. I called maybe 5 more times but they only responded to call me back , which they never did. Day #5 of having the vehicle I demanded a refund because I felt that I was being ripped off , visited carfax and the vehicle had 24 incidents , including water damage , that explains the bad car smell. Delear told me it was just a fuse but it was more , steering wheel knocking , car shaking , loud noise under hood ; lock/ unlock button doesn't work and neither does the gas meter. Paid 2300 down only got 2000 back . I think they really need to inspect there vehicles before they sell them.Desired Settlement: I got refund of 2000 but now the whole 2300.

Review: Purchased a car from this place and traded in my running car. Worst decision every. Went to see a car online, car didn't start. So I was told the battery was dead someone left something on. That's osable right. So a guy comes from out back the mechanic. The car starts, I'm asked for my driver license to test drive the car. By the time I get back outside the car is pulled out with another in its place. Get in and I drive the car about a mile. Get back I was asked for $2500 down. I offered my trade they acceppted my offer and ran my credit. They told me I would need a down payment still. I asked what my score was Kyle stated they go by grade system and 1-10. So I choose to trade my car ($6000) to reduce the balance owed. $8500 in I purchased the car. I get to the interstate all kinds off lights hit the dashboard. Transmission, check engine, radio not working, gauges moving franticly. Immediatly I call asking to return the car the owner states they're closed for the day just bring it in tommorow. I attempted the car was shaking, smoking, with malfuntion lights on dash. I was told they were going to fix everything just bring it back Saturday because the mechanic and the owner not in. I cant return the car because the have to contact finance and Im liable for the car. I called credit acceptance and was told all the owner have to do is request a stop payment and return the car. He insisted he talked to the finance company and its pending a decision. While his employees where laughing and whispering rudly. As though it was all a joke. Since they said I could not leave the car there I had to risk driving it. Got the car checked out a certified dealer. Transmission needs work they wont know what until the take it down, transmission leak, blown head gasket, engine oil leak, alternator, misfiring, carborator replacement, blown amplifer, fuel injector replacement. You get the picture $9862 to repair all damages. I basicly brought a penny for $$$. Car is not running anymore it broke that same day it broke.Desired Settlement: To get a full refund and pay the finance company their money back. Thats stealing, from two people at one time.

He operates under another person name, but he's the undercover owner. I wish there was someone who can put people like this to a stop.

Review: was told he had the plate for.the past 3weeks always avoided.my.calls n.text when.my.vin number was ran they told me.that he still had.not.paid.the tax and.that the vehicle.was not.registered under.my.name yet.I personally went.looking.for.him n.asked.y.he had.lied.to.me.about.having.the plate he said there was.no.need of.talking.I called credit acceptance and.told.them.what was.going.on.I was told.by them.that they have reached out.to.him.plenty.of.times.and.he's been.avoiding.them. I called.the.used commission and.fileda complained spoke to[redacted] and.was.told.that the cases pending.on.the same.owner. I would.like to get my whole.money back.if.he's not.able to provide me.with a title.or.plate. the car has been parked.Desired Settlement: I.would.like.my.whole.refund back and.what in have paid credit acceptance as well please

Review: I purchased an Mercedes Benz from NO wholesales on 11/27/13 my laquentin brown and the owner [redacted] signed an agreed contract that I would co sign the vehicle to him now he has sold the car car he only paid me 6500 of my money he owed me 28500Desired Settlement: 30000 asking for it in full or return of my vehicle

HORRIBLE NEVER WILL I EVEN buy from them again
