Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received a letter from General Credit dated 06-28-16, stating that I owed $ As proof of what I owed, they included a copy of my contract There is a General Credit stamp near the Early Termination Fee area It is the contract I signed, and it is on a DISH Network document I have already paid that fee to Dish Network I have a copy of the billing dated 05/06/16, with the final amount due for $ I also have a printout from my bank that shows $paid on 05/25/by automatic withdrawal from my credit card I received another billing from Dish Network that shows a zero balance due Again, I say I never was told I would have a double penalty for canceling my contract early There is no separate contract showing there would be a double penalty I have copies of those documents that I will be mailing today.Sincerely, [redacted]

The third party agreement she signed to protect us in case she cancels. Cause dish charges us back for the work we did. We don't an can not work for free. She never one time called an asked us for help. The only call we got was her telling us she already canceled her dish network. I explained at that time that when she called dish and settled her cancel with them. That she still owed us for the install of$365.00 that dish charged us back for. I told her also that she had to deal with credit service and that they also have a copy of the agreement she signed. That she Agree to pay the charge back of the install. She got mad an agry when I told her this. An she threatned to turn us into bbb if we sent her to credit services. An I said ok bye. Thank You No Wires Media

I received a letter from General Credit dated 06-28-16, stating that I owed $367.97  As proof of what I owed, they included a copy of my contract.  There is a General Credit stamp near the Early Termination Fee area.  It is the contract I signed, and it is on a DISH Network document.  I have already paid that fee to Dish Network.  I have a copy of the billing dated 05/06/16, with the final amount due for $366.16.  I also have a printout from my bank that shows $366.16 paid on 05/25/16 by automatic withdrawal from my credit card.  I received another billing from Dish Network that shows a zero balance due. 
Again, I say I never was told I would have a double penalty for canceling my contract early.  There is no separate contract showing there would be a double penalty.  I have copies of those documents that I will be mailing today.Sincerely,[redacted]
