I am rejecting this response because:
I believe that attorney Kellys answers are inaccurate as followsWe contacted the *** bank, and we were told yes the bank did cancel once Michael rollinson was on vacation weeks prior and wasn't ready buy also we were informed attorney kelly was not ready as this point eitheroctober3rdThe cancellation dates of september15, October 15, October 28, November 5thdays attorney Kelly cancelled the closing within hours having my husband and myself missing work because we had take the day off already*** bank had all paperwork ready and documents prepared for each closing date, they were very upset having to redo all this paperwork each time , cost involved and people setting time aside as well. At no time did we hold up paper work to attorney Kelley all the necessary paperwork was in the hands of the bank and attorney santoro( who hired attorney Kelley to do the title work)As far as the underwriting delay, we were never informed of any reason after daily calls to see what the hold up wasCalls to attorney Kelly were made directly by myself and my husband toward the end with the frustration and no reasons as to why the closing was taking so longOn one occasion I personally called attorney Kelly , getting him on the phone I asked him what is going on, because at this point I has a rental that was costing me a day, I had a patient in hospice , I had two other jobs I had to inform when I was off, and I was just so frustrated I needed to hear from him myselfhe himself told me the title work is done he had to go to waverly to pick it uphe promised me we would have a closing date by the end of that day which we did, only to have him cancel once againonce again I will say attorney Kelley acted in a unprofessional manner , with no consideration to othersour home is gonna cost us thousands of extra monies for winter and all the work I lost , days I took off only to sit home, because of so many cancelslost income and undo stressI can understand or cancels but is a little much especially after being told I promise

not subject to the new regulations (TRID Regulations) imposed by DODD FRANK ACT which were implemented on October 3, 2015;The delay in receiving necessary information from the clients,The delay caused in the underwriting review (done by home office of title carrier, not the undersigned) which was caused by judgments entered against the client who was to become an owner.Sincerely yours,BRION WKELLEY, ESQUIRE
