I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and unless I missed something I have determined that there is no proposed action to resolve my complaint by *** *** or No Worries Auto Luxury. I am not surprised that *** *** proposed a fair and equitable business response as the vehicle he sold me was done with his full knowledge that the vehicle was a "lemon." This is not my opinion but that of a professional vehicle mechanic who has conducted a thorough and comprehensive inspection of the Chrysler PT Cruiser. I was specifically told the vehicle is unsafe to drive and it remains parked at my place of residence. I would gladly agree to have a neutral mechanic inspect the vehicle and render a professional opinion as to its condition before I was fraudulently sold this vehicle and if the total miles that were driven by me after purchasing it contributed to its present condition or if each and every defect was present before I purchased the vehicle. The answer is simple because *** *** knew the vehicle was a "lemon" and yet he allowed me to purchase the vehicle fully aware of its many defects. *** ***, I believe has possibly violated both criminal and civil laws pertaining to the protection of consumers. I have an open investigative case with the California Department Motor of Vehicles Investigations Division. It is unethical, inappropriate and possibly illegal to sell a vehicle before it has successfully passed a California Smog Test, not properly licensed with the Department of Motor Vehicles and failure to disclose in writing vehicle defects.
The proposed solution is for *** *** and No Worries Luxury Auto to send a tow truck to my residence and take possession of their vehicle after I have been fully refunded the $plus the $in air conditioning repairs.
For the record *** *** continues as he as done from the first time I met him his deceptive and explanations as to the "lemon" he sold me. I respectfully request that he and No Worries Auto Luxury provide a business response other than *** *** distorted, and untrue rhetoric.

transparent;">My name is *** *** I am responding to a complaint filed through the Revdex.com from *** ***Let me start by saying that this complaint is completely inaccurate and dishonestOur company No Worries Luxury Auto has never had a dissatisfied customer or more importantly a complaint through the Revdex.comOn June 17th *** visited our dealership and test drove a Chrysler PT CruiserAfter a lengthy test drive she returned and asked to purchase the vehicleThe car was originally priced at $and with there not being a trade we offered a cash price of $The car was in great condition at purchase with the exception of the air conditioning blowing like warm air*** not concerned at allThe following day I went to register the vehicle and realized the vehicle had not been smoggedI called *** and she offered to take the vehicle to a local smog shop so I sent her a check for the costs, gas and lunchThe vehicle passed the mechanical diagnostic but failed the data portion due to a new battery had been installed and the vehicles system needed more mileage to release numbers through the systemA very unfortunate problem but one that is very prevalent in all vehicles that have had batteries replaced*** was disturbed and I apologized and offered to allow her to return the vehicle but she was adamant that she "loved the car" and was not discouragedAfter driving the vehicle many miles she took the vehicle back in for the retest and it passedI spoke to her and she was very excited and I informed her I would be now heading to DMV to pick up her plates and registrationI promptly overnigthose items to her after the Independence day holidaysUpon receiving the package she again called me praising my diligence and her love for the vehicleShe tells me I have been driving all over including Orange County and very pleasedI am also in possession of that voicemail dated July 7th and would love to pass that along as wellI was very happy to hear the newsI had no communications with *** until recently when she calls me with these new unfounded accusationsNumerous rants and disturbing voice mails start to come in to the dealership with out stopThreatening to picket our business and inundate us with alcohol fueled rantsI never called her any names and could tell as the days progressed she was out of controlI finally spoke to her brother who was very reasonable and after clearing our way through the inaccuracies he admitted that she was "crazy and unstable" and not surprised with the dramaI am still in awe that this situation played out this way and we never heard from a mechanic just self diagnosing from her "friend"If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call me on my presonal phoneMy number is ***

Review: I just bought a car from no worries luxury auto.I am 55.permanently disable, and low income. [redacted] sold me my car and I ask about the air conditioner,and he oh it fine it might need a charge.I took the car to auto shop and it needed alot more.they said the engine looked like someone just dropped in and didnt hook things up.said parts,hoses,where missing.I called [redacted] and he said they where crazy.[redacted] sold me the car without plates or the car being smoged.it took me 4x well 3x and the 1time he would not smog it.[redacted] told me he had a guy that would pass it.what dose that mean?????? any way.I heard my car sounding like something was loose. I stopped my car and saw the bumper was falling apart.then I got back inside the car to make it to my son's house .the car started smoking like crazy and the engine light came on.so I went stiragate to the auto shop and they said it was just comind apart and there was to to many things wrong with it and told to get it back to where I bought.well I called [redacted] and here was rude,he called me a liar,crazy,and stupid. I was crying.I ask him to please take the car back (i only had the car 28 days) to get my money back or fix the car and he said NO.I asked to speak with the owner and he would not give me his name or number.Desired Settlement: to give me my money I paid for the car all repairs I did.4 tanks of gas I had to use to try and get the smog back,the insurance I paid and for stress and anxiety on my bad heart.this man has really hurt me so much
