I am rejecting this response because: Received your letter today and decided to respond despite our telephone conversation 10/12/As per our conversation, I said that there was a misreading of my complaint letterI did not write "stinky" but wrote "sticky"I described the sticky rice wrapped in leaves which I bought for cents per pieceThey deliberately gave me was different! It was [redacted] the "sticky" rice, but a very different one! I say different because I had previously bought the food item before for the same priceNot only that, when I arrived home, I opened one and poured out to my dismay that it was ground beans and not sticky rice this is out right DECEPTION! That was why I called the restaurant at once and the person I talked with was disrespectfulAbusive to an elderly woman, like me and hung up the phone down.Because of this, may I reiterate that I can understand the misunderstanding caused when people misread "sticky" to be "stinky"! What I can not understand is the mental and emotional anguish this establishment has caused me! This is a case of elderly abuse and deception of a client.Hope my letter is sufficient enough to explain my response.Thank you,
