Review: Work performed for Noah Construction as per signed contract 03/19/13 for re-roofing at [redacted]ve ** Roanoke, Va. Job has not been paid for and Mike Vanderpool will not return our calls. He did inform us the end of April that he had suffered a minor setback and would need a little time to regroup but that he would keep in contact w/us and pay in full soon. On 05/07/13 we received a check for $2,500. To this date he has NOT returned any of our calls or made another payment.Desired Settlement: [redacted] would like to be paid IN FULL including finance charges $8,728.41 by 07/29/13. It has been over 90 days since completion of the work and he needs to pay his bill.
