Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I emailed [redacted] and copied the email [redacted] on The email stated the following message:***,You certainly are prompt when it's in your favor The $check to me is far from a satisfactory resolution When I finally was able to reach [redacted] on the phone, I basically had two choices It was either take the $which I was disputing (which was the initial deposit charged to my credit card that I feel you are not owed due to all of the lost and damaged items) or nothing, because my boxes are unable to be located I was not offered any compensation for the items missing or any explanation as to what happened to my items, such as, how does one lose boxes that have a customer's name and address written all over it? Unfortunately for me, I did not notice my boxes were missing until some time after the delivery as I did not unpack immediately (delivery was put in my garage) and I realize this is my fault Otherwise, I would have included it in my first claim of my damaged luggage and missing shoe rack, which I knew were lost/damaged immediately when the truck was still at my houseI was willing to accept the $for the first claim as I simply went to the store and repurchased a luggage and shoe rack, but for the personal and irreplaceable items in my boxes, the $does not nearly suffice I will NOT tell Revdex.com that I no longer wish to continue with the complaint because I'm not satisfied with the outcome I spoke to a woman at ###-###-#### and I explained this to herThe public should be aware of this complaint as no one should ever book Noah's Ark Moving and StorageNow I understand why you are the only moving company that requires full cash payment for your terrible services[redacted] I did not receive a response from [redacted] or [redacted] regarding my email on In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We have made a cash settlement with [redacted] I did call your office over a week ago to advise and a representative took my verbal response because I was not able to do so on your website Thank you, [redacted] Noah’s Ark Moving & Storage

We have contacted our claims department and were informed that this claim is inline for review at the momentThey assured us that they will reach out to the customer to keep them informed of the status

As stated in our last response, the customer was given the specific information of our claims deptas it is stated on our paperwork, and in addition, has spoken to [redacted] (myself) after the move and I verbally instructed her on how to file the claim Best Wishes, [redacted]

We had offered the customer all that we can offerIf she is not willing to go through a legal procedure there is not much else we can doShe had covered herself for loss and damage on this move by a minimum insurance that covers items by their weight and not their value and we have no control over that

On Long distance moves such as this one the customer was informed that Noah’s Ark policy is to receive 50% of the total cost at the completion of the pickup and the balance at the time of delivery (and the form of payment at the time of delivery is either certified check or cash)With regard to the damages, the customer received compensation for the damages in accordance with the insurance option she chose for this move

The check is being mailed out as we speak, please see attached
