Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In all fairness, [redacted] was not even in the room when [redacted] told us we were being kicked out Now it turns into "he said--she said" situation [redacted] told us that were kicked out because of the separation anxiety our son expressed when she left the roomWhich talk to any "professional" in child care development will tell you its natural for him to feel that way, its the stage where he is inEspecially when he doesn't really display that type of behavior with me, his mother Also, his statement about his staff telling us how fussy our son was all the time, is not true statement at all There was instance that I recall [redacted] staying how fussy he was as a result [redacted] had double ear infection In fact from end of January to early March [redacted] had at least ear infections and in that time frame cut new teeth [redacted] was only in daycare part time and the short time he was there they couldn't occupy him [redacted] was with babies which, in my opinion, he needed more stimulation than the type of environment he was in, I did question, what was done with my son's time there since they refused to move him forward because he wasn't walking I really didn't get answer from [redacted] or [redacted] [redacted] said, well he's in that awkward stage right now what does that mean? Being in baby room, he was too big for tummy time, saucer time or floor time As many times I spoke with [redacted] she didnt ever say that my son's behavoir was of concern to her, not once Either [redacted] and [redacted] didnt agree or didnt talk, I would ask [redacted] how he was doing, no expression for any kind of conern was ever brought up to me or my husband I remember after an incident with [redacted] , I asked [redacted] straight up if We need to consider moving [redacted] to anther daycare, she( [redacted] ) said, Oh, No I love having [redacted] in my class Fact is the way all this was handled was unprofessional and harsh After I thought about it, I didn't think bringing my son to a place where he was being kicked out of was healthy place for my son, especially when no type of activities were done with my son, according the to daily log daycare provided for my son, I have those stillYes, I requested an extension for another week, due to shock how unfair the entire situation was presented against our month oldAfter the shock wore off, it was not a good idea after all At the time of picking up [redacted] 's belongings, [redacted] was not there to request a refund Plus, after picking up his bouncer we provided for our son, was in horrible condition and missing parts to his bouncer, that was NOT the condition we brought his bouncer into the daycare I thought it was only fair to request a day of his daycare for the poor condition of his bouncer was in, especially since parts were broken and taken off his bouncer I should have charged the daycare for this bouncer I didn't want to deal with unfair people Which this entire situation was totally unfair People should know how poorly this daycare is run and poorly situations are actually handled, not only with children and parents but with his staff, also [redacted] nor [redacted] showed any kind of compassion during this situation Also, I dont know what he is trying to say with his response when he wrote this, "There were numerous occasions were our caregivers express verbally lie was fussy" its unclear statement Regards, [redacted] ***

RE: Complaint ***
Dear *** ***
text-align: justify;">This letter is to respond to the letter of complaint we received regarding Mrs*** ***'s son ***On March 27, 2014, we did notify Mrand Mrs*** that we needed a conferenceAt that time Mrs*** notified Mrand Mrs*** that *** was being terminated from our care due to uncontrollable fussinessShe gave them a one week notice to find another daycare centerHowever, during their conversation, Mrs*** requested two weeksTo be fair, Mrs*** agreed, His fussiness took the attention away from the rest of children in our careAlthough the decision was hard to make, for the well-being of the entire class, it had to be doneAlthough they claim the problem was not brought to their attention, that statement is not entirely trueThere were numerous occasions were our caregivers express verbally lie was fussy- The next day, Mrand Mrs*** came in to collect ***'s belongings and notified us that they were withdrawing him from our careA refund was never requestedNor will a refund be grantedAs stated in our policy, that Mrs*** signed, we hold the right to terminate when children become uncontrollable and no refunds are given when there are absent daysEnclosed is a letter that was sent to Mrand Mrs*** referring to our termination and refund policiesI also included pages and of our parent policy handbookPage were Mrs*** signed and agreed with our policies was also enclosedI thank you for your involvement to resolve this complaint,
Kind Regards, *** *** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: In all fairness, *** was not even in the room when *** told us we were being kicked out. Now it turns into "he said--she said" situation *** told us that were kicked out because of the separation anxiety our son expressed when she left the roomWhich talk to any "professional" in child care development will tell you its natural for him to feel that way, its the stage where he is inEspecially when he doesn't really display that type of behavior with me, his mother Also, his statement about his staff telling us how fussy our son was all the time, is not true statement at all. There was instance that I recall *** staying how fussy he was as a result *** had double ear infection. In fact from end of January to early March *** had at least ear infections and in that time frame cut new teeth *** was only in daycare part time and the short time he was there they couldn't occupy him. *** was with babies which, in my opinion, he needed more stimulation than the type of environment he was in, I did question, what was done with my son's time there since they refused to move him forward because he wasn't walking. I really didn't get answer from *** or ***. *** said, well he's in that awkward stage right now. what does that mean? Being in baby room, he was too big for tummy time, saucer time or floor time. As many times I spoke with *** she didnt ever say that my son's behavoir was of concern to her, not once. Either *** and *** didnt agree or didnt talk, I would ask *** how he was doing, no expression for any kind of conern was ever brought up to me or my husband I remember after an incident with ***, I asked *** straight up if We need to consider moving *** to anther daycare, she(***) said, Oh, No I love having *** in my class. Fact is the way all this was handled was unprofessional and harsh. After I thought about it, I didn't think bringing my son to a place where he was being kicked out of was healthy place for my son, especially when no type of activities were done with my son, according the to daily log daycare provided for my son, I have those stillYes, I requested an extension for another week, due to shock how unfair the entire situation was presented against our month oldAfter the shock wore off, it was not a good idea after all
At the time of picking up ***'s belongings, *** was not there to request a refund. Plus, after picking up his bouncer we provided for our son, was in horrible condition and missing parts to his bouncer, that was NOT the condition we brought his bouncer into the daycare. I thought it was only fair to request a day of his daycare for the poor condition of his bouncer was in, especially since parts were broken and taken off his bouncer. I should have charged the daycare for this bouncer. I didn't want to deal with unfair people. Which this entire situation was totally unfair. People should know how poorly this daycare is run and poorly situations are actually handled, not only with children and parents but with his staff, also *** nor *** showed any kind of compassion during this situation. Also, I dont know what he is trying to say with his response when he wrote this, "There were numerous occasions were our caregivers express verbally lie was fussy" its unclear statement
Regards,
*** ***
