To whom it may concern, I want to show our timeline in regards to the concern # *** 6/29/was our initial visit to assess the pool and equipment statusWe were not able to start subscription service due to the following conditions: The filter pump was failing (overheating).Algae was
present in the pool beyond what just chemicals could treat in a timely manner.The non-salt dissolved solids level was 1,ppmInvoice *** sent for the first visit only and the account was transferred to the repair department to make the necessary corrections and begin services6/30/Credit card was declined7/3/we received authorization from the customer to perform drain and install new filter pumpRepairs scheduled the job and ordered the equipment. The customer requested that we do not install the filter pump until after the partial drain was completed7/3/the customer viewed the outstanding invoice *** for the initial cleaning7/5/in order to protect the pool we were unable to start the partial drain due to the weather conditions (rain)7/7/Partial 70% drain began7/10/the pool was drained approx70% and the drain pump was retrievedThe customer was treating the pool for algae upon arrival7/10/we emailed the customer a late payment invoice reminder7/11/we installed a high head self-priming filter pump (hp240V)At this point we only received payment for the first visit7/11/the customer viewed the invoice *** and also made a payment in the amount of $for the initial visit7/12/partial drain was completed and the pool was full of waterWe balanced the PH and alkalinity and added chlorine. 7/12/we sent the customer invoice *** and invoice ***7/13/the customer viewed invoice *** and invoice *** 7/14/Credit Card was declined againWe attempted to reach the customer but there was no answer and we were un-able to leave voicemail7/20/Credit Card Payment was made for the hpfilter pump by the customer for invoice *** and *** At this time we do not feel obliged to refund for the cost of the equipment that we installed or for the repair services we performed Sincerely, Noah’s Pool Service
