I entered into venue and bar service agreements, respectively, with Noah's Event Venue on 11/18/2019. I paid part of both agreements per terms and conditions in the amounts of $2,508 (Venue amount) and $2,542 (Bar Service amount). Total amount paid $5,050 as of 02/10/2020.
Noah's Event Venue has gone out of business as recently as 02/07/2020. There was no communication prior to closing nor any attempt to refund amounts paid from Noah's. No good faith effort was made to provide information of closing or resolution options to recoup money spent. Signed agreements are on file with copies. When Noah's closed for business, they were in breach of the aforementioned agreements.
