To whom it may concern, I want to show our timeline in regards to the concern # [redacted] 6/29/17 was our initial visit to assess the pool and equipment status. We were not able to start subscription service due to the following conditions: The filter pump was failing (overheating).Algae was...
present in the pool beyond what just chemicals could treat in a timely manner.The non-salt dissolved solids level was 1,640 ppm. Invoice [redacted] sent for the first visit only and the account was transferred to the repair department to make the necessary corrections and begin services. 6/30/17 Credit card was declined. 7/3/17 we received authorization from the customer to perform drain and install new filter pump. Repairs scheduled the job and ordered the equipment. The customer requested that we do not install the filter pump until after the partial drain was completed. 7/3/17 the customer viewed the outstanding invoice [redacted] for the initial cleaning. 7/5/17 in order to protect the pool we were unable to start the partial drain due to the weather conditions (rain). 7/7/17 Partial 70% drain began. 7/10/17 the pool was drained approx. 70% and the drain pump was retrieved. The customer was treating the pool for algae upon arrival. 7/10/17 we emailed the customer a late payment invoice reminder. 7/11/17 we installed a high head self-priming filter pump (2 hp. 240V). At this point we only received payment for the first visit. 7/11/17 the customer viewed the invoice [redacted] and also made a payment in the amount of $53.04 for the initial visit. 7/12/17 partial drain was completed and the pool was full of water. We balanced the PH and alkalinity and added chlorine. 7/12/17 we sent the customer invoice [redacted] and invoice [redacted]. 7/13/17 the customer viewed invoice [redacted] and invoice [redacted] 7/14/17 Credit Card was declined again. We attempted to reach the customer but there was no answer and we were un-able to leave voicemail. 7/20/17 Credit Card Payment was made for the 2 hp. filter pump by the customer for invoice [redacted] and [redacted]. At this time we do not feel obliged to refund for the cost of the equipment that we installed or for the repair services we performed. Sincerely, Noah’s Pool Service
