In late February of 2016 my house was in need of a new roof so I jumped on the internet looking for the best roofers in El Paso Texas. I called about 12 different companies out of the 12 I narrowed it down to three. The first company I chose gave me a start date of two days. When the day came I received no call or call back after leaving a number of messages. The second company I called came out to give me my estimate the son of the owner of the company quoted me a price and told me I would not have to put any money down. A week later when the work was supposed to start the owner came out with his son and demanded I give half of the money up front just to schedule me in for the following week and added 3,000 more to the quote I originally had.
I was running out of time and had to be in Colorado within the next week but I'd figure I'd give Noah's Roofing & Construction a call. They scheduled me a free estimate with Marcos Contreras. Marcos showed up on time he was very respectful and professional. Gave me his quote and told me they can start 2 weeks out. When I told him what had happened with the other roofers and that I was short on time he told me he would try to work something out. Later that day I got a call from Marcos and he assured me he can start in two days so we agreed.
Two days later his crew showed up and got right to work with Marcos there to go over everything that we covered and to make sure we are off to a good start. As in anything I started to have concerns and questions. No matter the time Marcos answered his phone and addressed every concern I had. Marcos Contreras was a man of his word and fixed every issue that came up even after the work was done I called him about 3 weeks out and expressed concern about an issue that I saw it took a little doing but at the end of the day he took care of it. I mention this young man a lot because it is hard to find someone that will honor everything he said he would even if it wasn't on the contract. I'm very pleased with my choice and I recommend Noah's Roofing and Construction above the Rest. Thank you for reading.
