I bought brand new home with year warranty from Nobel Constructions on September 30, I was assured that all problems will be taken care off however this is not what happenedOne year ended and a long list of outstanding issues remains till todayThe main problem is drainage around the houseWhenever it rains I have water in the garage and driveway started falling apart as it went up by inches during winter due to water beneath itBuilder stopped by and told me he would take care of it after snow is gone - still nothing done and another winter is approachingPart of the asphalt collapsed and now I have whole in my driveway Walls in the basement cracked (vertical cracks) which has been reported to the builder so one crack was patched with some water leak material (not epoxy like it should have been done) by the guy or should I say his son (not sure if that person even has license to deal with it) who does landscaping the rest were not even looked atI had mold growing in the basement but that was ignored as well - the builder stopped by and stated he does not smell anything - it must be a new testing for mold methodConcrete floor in the garage started cracking before I even had a chance to park in itCracks are all over the house and patching them is a full time jobCement has been dumped on my property while another house was being build by Nobel Constructions as well as broken trees and stones - all still there even though I brought that to builder's attention several times - he told me he would look into that and I guess still looking - months of looking does not resolve the issueOne of fire alarms keeps going off early in am (4:am) without any reason but nobody had time to check into that for the last monthWater was flowing from upstairs down my kitchen light - it took days for the plumber to show up and determine no problem foundI still did not get keys to the back deck doorCabinets beneath granite counters in the kitchen chipped but have not been replaced yet Every problem reported is dragging - plans are being made but no action taken I bought brand new house because I did not want to spend time on fixing the problems but unfortunately this is not the case
