ten year guarantee 'the roof would not leak'. The roof leaks after two years. They are not responding to repeated calls and e mails.

Three Section Flat roof - water pools, and leaks through roof insulation coating system applied.
Contacted immediately upon completion to express disappointment with pooling water, and delayed last payment. I was assured that, although the elimination of the pooling water was not guaranteed - only alluded to verbally, the roof will, definitely, no longer leak.
Emailed approximately March 2013 to notify of urgency, due to leaking.

This project ($15,000) was a huge, complicated investment that was worked into a special refinance program that let us borrow additional funds for improvements
(I also had the house painted with the refinance).

The roof portion was such a huge disappointment that I initially held back on allowing the final 50% payment to sort through my emotions (all the while being threatened by Mr. Sleeman that Noble would be placing a lien on the home if I did not let the money get disbursed...the stress eventually caused such high anxiety that ended up requiring that I seek medical assistance by my doctor.
