tote. Our basic trash rates are for regular household trash only. He was only using this to get rid of his construction waste. In which that was what we were warning him about. He said if that was the case he wanted to cancel his account and that is what he was using it for. So they had canceled the account and we pulled the tote the following week. Not knowing the driver didn't dump the tote that day she charged him for that day plus the construction charge. It was not until later in which we investigated and found out that [redacted] was correct about July 25th. I did refund the [redacted] for the week of July 25th and the [redacted] construction fee that he was charged as of today...we had refunded him [redacted] on August 8th. So this totals [redacted] Hopefully he is happy with this due to we have picked up a few weeks of his construction trash without a fee.

There were no warnings and I was not aware that I was putting inappropriate items in my trash can until July 25. I still don't think I was refunded in the correct amount. I believe a legitimate business that refused to do the job they were hired to do should refund the entire amount of my last payment. Which they coincidently processed the day before they had complaints.

We have refunded the total of $46.75 We will not refund anymore than that due to we did fully service his account for 3 weeks. The total quarterly charge is for [redacted] When any new account signs up for service we tell them the pricing (also listed on website towards the bottom of service page...extra hauling section) and that it is for normal household trash only. He was trying to take advantage of cheaper pricing for heavier material. We feel like he was trying to take advantage of our pricing and service and feel we have given the proper credits. Thank you

I would not recommend Noble County Disposal to anyone! due to the lack of customer service. The office manager is rude she will curse at customers call them liars and hang up on them. owning our own company I have no Idea why NCD would keep someone like that on their payroll. Everyone I have talked to about our issues with NCD has stated her name. It's sad to think they would let one person ruin their reputation.
