Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have no idea what permits Justin is referring to, there is nothing in my contract referring to permits The person that did the work Brian L***, would never return calls and he is the one that finally e mailed and said he was returning my money and the removal of the ole fence was free of charge because of the time lossAt the time of the bid he said weather was no problem unless it was freezing I have all all of my e mails and texts to verify all that said and agreed tooI know how things happen in life, at the time all I wanted was for him or somebody to tell me what was going on with the job they started!!!! No reply for weeks at a time!!! I have received $of my money, after being told it was in the mail, then it came back to them, then I offered to meet Brian and pick it up!!b after weeks and weeks of calling, texts and e mails, now I have been told the remaining money owed $was mailed on 1/20/16...I have not received itThis is no way to run a businessI have also spoke to another customer whose number was on my contract and his fence was never completed either and he could not get anyone to return his callsI just want Noble Deigns to follow through with what they say in writing and text they are going to do!!!Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, this is justin c*** with Noble designsWe recently had a job with a *** *** that was to take down her old fence and put in a new oneThe job was getting worked on and and the fence was removed as promisedWeather conditions had also made it
difficult to put in a new fenceDuring that time the main lead for the job had had a family incident and had to immediately leave temporarily from the job to deal with the matters at handThe permits for the fence had not been pulled as required by the owner so any work on the fence would not have been able to legally been performed. As well as weather conditionsHalf the amount for the job was paid up frontThe old fence and debris had been removedAfter the lead had cone back from the emergency the client had decided she would like a full refundIntention was for a full refund but we offered to still complete the work as signed by the ownerPermits had still not been pulled at this point in time so work on the fence would not have been able to be completedWe require all customers to pull permitsThe customer did not want the job completed so she asked for a refundWe agreed to refund her the full amount and not charge for any work and dump fees we had incurredThus costing days of labor and dump feesWork had been short due to winter season and we had been waiting on jobs for the refundAt that point we had also purchased all of the materials for the fence and had been precut and would get a fraction of the cost if returnedAs other jobs came in the next few weeks we had refunded her of the owed total amountThe other we were waiting on a few more jobs to come in to finish paying off the rest in which should be shortlyAll on all permits were still not pulled for the fence to be completedWe essentially had given free removal of the fence and debrisAnd are fully refunding the customer. Tho we had offered to complete the job in which a contract was agreed upon in which permits were not yet pulled by the customer making it impossible to legally build the fence we still had given her the refund option in which is being fulfilled as well as free removal of the fence and cost for bringing the debris to the dumpI believe every individual has something that comes up in their lives whether it be the death of a loved one or any other family crisis and that must be respectedEach and every person should respect and understand each individuals circumstances

I know how things happen in life, at the time all I wanted was for him or somebody to tell me what was going on with the job they started!!!!  No reply for weeks at a time!!!  I have received $2000.00 of my money, after being told it was in the mail, then it came back to them, then I offered to meet Brian and pick it up!!b after weeks and weeks of calling, texts and e mails, now I have been told the remaining money owed $3150.00 was mailed on 1/20/16...I have not received it. This is no way to run a business. I have also spoke to another customer whose number was on my contract and his fence was never completed either and he could not get anyone to return his calls.
