Noble Finance needs to be more involved with training and collection regulations! Their Mission Location has a few rude reps that I have unfortunetly taken a call from This location was asked not to call our office anymore in which they replied "It is my job to call and I will continue to call" I reminded them employees could not take personal calls unless it was an emergency and this is required as they are in a job that requires complete focus in order to avoid serious hazards The rep did not care I called the corporate office after that call and big suprise...they didn't care either The next day Noble Finance called again I called the corporate office again after speaking to a different rep and they said the name of their employee was wrong and there was nothing she could do about it She was able to confirm that the phone number on my caller id was theirsAs particular thatI am about my notes in everything I do this now confirms they are using different names I understand its their job to collect however, do not be rude and abide by the federal regulations Its sad when someone who dosen't have an account with the company is submitting a negative review just because I answered the phone
