Loan at noble finance
I got a loan and paid as agreed and had no problems at all.Its people not paying or even not calling who are making all these bad reviews.Just call if you have a problem.Duh.Everyone in the Toccoa office is 100 percent nice.

I arrived at the Noble Finance on SW Military drive at least 20 minutes before they opened to make a payment. I sat in my vehicle till suddenly I hear a honk. I was the only vehicle in the parking lot and realized I was the one getting honked at. A lady in a truck said she was the Manager at Noble Finance and that I had to move. There are no reserved signs or any signs in the parking indicating this was a reserved parking. She was very rude and told her I just needed to make a payment. I gave in and left but I refuse to ever again go back to that business. Going forward, I will mail my payments and close their account as soon as I am able to and never conduct business with this company. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service, especially over a simple parking lot.

[redacted] Glad I was able to get this to you.  As soon as I opened your email I thought the complaint sounded familiar.  I am attaching my original response dated 01/06/2016, which was answered through your website. Upon original receipt, one of our auditors attempted to contact Ms. [redacted]...

on numerous occasions to no avail… 12/31/2015 at 4:30 PM 01/04/2016 at 2:30 PM and again at 4:30 PM 01/05/2016 at 5:10 PM (he was actually returning her call from 4:00 PM of that day) He would have explained to Ms. [redacted] that all fees were clearly outlined in her loan contract and that not all fees are interest.  He also would have attempted to explain what exactly it means to get a pre-computed loan and how exactly those fees and interest charges are calculated. Incidentally, Ms. [redacted] is on her 10th loan with us and has made a couple of payments since this original complaint. Please let me know if you need anything further. [redacted] [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted]:
We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint and would like to take this opportunity to respond accordingly.
As you know, there are two sides to every story. Although it is unfortunate when a borrower does not adhere to their payment commitments, it is however necessary...

to begin collection activity. With that said, it is never our intention to disrupt a workplace. Please be advised that Mr. [redacted]' account has been marked so that there will not be any further collection calls made to his employer, his account card has been marked accordingly.
Obviously, this does not forgive the debt owed, only that collection calls will stop. Please advise if you need anything further.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/07/16) */
I had spoken with the customer and he was in complaint with the charges. His due date came due and he paid two days after. When he came and paid out it was really he had the loan for two months. As far as the employee the employee has been...

terminated. We have terminated him before the complaint came in. I explained to him the charges, and it was simply the fees on a monthly basis. I had spoken with him couple of weeks.

Manager Dahlia [redacted] was very rude to me because I was a couple of days late on the payment. When I went in to make the payment she attacked me with very poor customer service. I told her I just changed jobs and explained to her why I was late, she told me at least she was Responsible and made her payments.

With that in mind, we have marked the account so we will no longer be contacting them at work.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

[redacted]Thank you for the opportunity to review your account and respond accordingly. As always, there are two sides to every story.  The alleged behavior is certainly not condoned by the company.  So as to avoid any further misunderstandings, please be advised that we have marked...

your account card so that you will receive no further telephone communications from our office and any representatives.   This does not negate the debt due or your remaining balance - only stating that you will receive no further telephone calls. Please let me know if you need anything further.

April 13th, 2015To: [redacted]Dispute Resolution SpecialistRevdex.com Re: [redacted]I.D. [redacted] Hi [redacted].  My name is [redacted] and I'm the [redacted] that [redacted] was referring to.  I did go to [redacted]'s new address, which she didn't provide to us 3 months ago after she...

moved.  So, yes, she has been trying to run from paying us back at Noble Finance.  I had to "skip trace" [redacted] in order to find her new address.  As far as for her job, she has never told not to call it and we have not gone to her job...yet.   As you know F.D.C.P.A., we as direct lenders can collect up to 9:00p.m. and as early as 8:00am.  [redacted] has "not" called my office in the last 5 months to make any arrangements to pay.  Most of this complaint is bogus, and only part of it is true. So, [redacted], me showing up at 8:30p.m. is true and I had until 8:59pm to do so.  Me going to her job is not true, but I probably will soon because now she has evaded to pay anything and not call us to set up any payment arrangements.  [redacted] still works and has not or refuses to set up any payment arrangements with us (Noble Finance). In summary, why did [redacted] all of a sudden decided to make a complaint to Revdex.com? Well, she's upset at the fact that she lost this game of hers called "Hide and Go Seek".  If you have any questions over bogus complaint, please call me at ###-###-####.[redacted].

Review: I acknowledge I owe a debt, but I asked them not to call my job. I am not allowed to receive phone calls at work unless it is a true emergency; it's in my handbook which I signed at the time of my employment. When I applied for the loan with Noble Finance, I was advised that the only contact to my employer would be to verify my employment. When I defaulted on my loan, I received the first phone call on my employer's phone. I notified Noble at that time that I was not permitted to receive personal phone calls on my employer's phone unless it was a true emergency. I verified the personal numbers on their records, and asked them to contact me there. After several weeks of receiving calls on my employer's phone, and notifying all employees in the local office about my employer's phone call policy, they are ignoring my requests, and continuing to harass me on my employer's phone. I no longer receive personal calls from them on my personal phones, only my place of employment. I am on the verge of termination. I also received a letter from Noble Finance stating their intent to sue me for the balance of the loan. I advised them verbally to follow through with it, and to discontinue the phone calls. They are ignoring my requests. If I am terminated from my job as a result of the numerous, persistent calls from Noble Finance, I will be left with no option but to seek legal counsel.Desired Settlement: Either follow through with the intent to sue, or contact me only on my personal phone lines provided.
