Noble Health Care, Inc. Reviews (5)

My friend of 50 years was 77 and of clear mind when she was put in this institution by her daughter (who has power of attorney) after an episode of liver failure late last year. My friend wrote to me that it was all about money at this place and all the food was tasteless and cold. She said that all the good workers leave since they are underpaid. When my friend wrote to me, the letters took almost 3 weeks to get to me, some were open.

I have been unable to reach my friend for almost a month now. Nobody answers her cell phone (it goes directly to phone service). I have left messages for her at the front desk which she never responds to so I know she is not getting them. The front desk refuses to get her to come to the phone at the main number as they did when she first moved there when she did not have a phone of her own. They told my friend I was not to call there anymore. I sent her a package and several letters and do not even know if she got them.

If you love someone, I advise you strongly to pick another place as they will be unreachable from my experiences. I hope to be contacted by my friend again someday, we used to talk several times a week. I miss her and hope she is ok. Please pray for my friend...

Review: Noble Health Care, Inc. was selected by the Agency on Aging in Trumbull County, Ohio, to send a caregiver / helper to assist my 92 year old mother with things she can no longer do for herself. An aid came to the residence in Masury, Ohio, as agreed, on Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. The girl was young - in her twenties - and seemed personable and nice. She proceeded to do some light housekeeping duties - mopping the kitchen floor, fixing a lunch tray, light dusting, and running the sweeper. She (with my help and instruction) soaked my mother's feet in warm water. She also shampooed my mother's hair and used a hair dryer to blow it dry. She was to stay 4 hours - 11:00 a.m to 3:00 P.M. She was basically finished by 2:00 and sat on the couch texting on her cell phone. She then asked if it was OK if she left. I had signed her paperwork and I told her to go ahead a leave. Later that evening, I discovered that a dresser drawer in my mother's room had been ransacked. Things were totally out of order and disarranged. The money that had been in my mother's wallet was all gone. I immediately called and left voice messages for the Agency on Aging case worker and for the Office Manager of Noble Health Care, Inc., who had come to the house to set up the appointment. I received phone calls back from both ladies and voiced my displeasure. I told both ladies very firmly that I did not want any other people being sent to my mother's house. I no longer have faith or trust in people that say they want to help care for an elderly person. I think health care providers need to do a little more extensive background checks on people being hired to care for helpless people. This girl told me that she has been doing this kind of work for 2 years. She also said that she had been with Noble Health for 2 months. She said she had previously worked for [redacted]. I would like restitution of the money that was taken from my mother's wallet, but I am not exact in the amount. I hope that this girl will be reprimanded.Desired Settlement: I would like this girl to be instructed to return the money that she wrongly took from my mother. I would also like her personal apology.

Review: Noble health has a veteran client that has cancer, had a stroke that left him paralyzed on his left side and his left leg has been amputated. he also has a tracheostomy tube that needs care. This poor man can not get out of bed on his own or cook for himself and this company has left him multiple times unattended. They are to come two times a day the first shift is for three hours 9 to 12, and is to clean him up and get him out the bed to his powered chair so he can function for the day, cook him breakfast and prepare something for him to eat for later. then there is a second shift 5 to 8, that picks up what the first shift has not done. Majority of the time this company DOSE NOT show up for the second shift and this man goes to bed hungry. But the biggest problem is when they don't show up for the Morning shift. HE CAN NOT GET OUT OF BED ON HIS OWN. and I have witnessed this man lying in his own feces several times until someone showed up close to 12:00, he wheres diapers, but when he has diarrhea during the afternoon shift and no one shows up he goes to bed that way. and its really a sad situation to think a man that has served his country can be treated this way he's a very nice man and won't stand up for his self he keeps putting up with this nonsense. I really wish someone would help him to change companies. [redacted]Desired Settlement: change companies. would love to see hospisce care guide and direct him.
