*** ***,Attached is the requested MSDS. We do sincerely apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience. We recently moved our offices and were in the middle of the transition when you requested the MSDS. I wanted to let you know that they were sent on March *** but
unfortunately it failed to go through. In the process of setting up the new offices certain technical glitches needed to be worked out and your email unfortunately fell through the cracks. In response to your correspondence of July *** we would like to cooperate and work out an amicable agreement*** *** *** did contact us on May ***, clearly upset and felt the material was not ordered We regret any inconvenience but dispute these claims
We use extraordinary measures to avoid any confusion; this is why we verify all our orders with a second phone call The order was placed by *** *** and he did speak to a representative with our company on May *** on two separate occasions He did speak to a sales rep regarding a the order and then again with our shipping department to confirm the order We did attempt to explain the ordering process to Aletha O*** to assuage any concerns in regards to a fraudulent order or preying on the elderly We also didn’t know that *** *** was elderly and suffering from dementia and were under the impression that he was affiliated with the I.O.O.FCemetery In an effort to accommodate and satisfy Aletha O*** and *** *** we will donate the material on Invoice# *** and applied a credit totaling $closing the invoice in full Additionally the issuance of this credit does not acknowledge or constitute any wrong doing on our part We have agreed to this settlement to avoid further costs of litigation and to devote resources to more productive areas of our business.Furthermore, we will put the *** *** on our “Do Not Call List” and notate the account that no orders are to be shipped in the future We hope this settlement offer will meet with approval so we can put this matter to rest.Sincerely,Noble Industrial Supply Corp

This place is a total scam. Like the other comment above this company will never leave you alone , ever. They always tell you they are doing you a favor by splitting the bills up than keep sending you product and billing for more. Stay away from Noble they will scam every dollar they can off you.

Review: We became involved with this company as a result of our response to a "cold call" from them offering environmentally-safe snow and ice melt. We had to order a relatively large amount to qualify for their "special price." We received our order Jan. *, 2013. Then in March we received a call telling us that more product was available to "complete" our order. This turned out to be an additional 300 pounds of material. Then in May we received a call about still more product that would "complete" our order: another 600 pounds! Then in June we received still another call saying that more product was available, which would, yet again, "complete" our order. They tried to ship us an additional 1,250 pounds of product!!! We refused to receive the shipment that showed up. We would like to receive credit for the $1,786.68 we paid them in May, and we would gladly pay to ship that amount of the product back to them. We certainly also expect them to receive the latest shipment we refused and not bill us for the outrageous amount that would be for!Desired Settlement: We would like to receive credit for the $1,786.68 we paid them in May, and we would gladly pay to ship that amount of the product back to them. We would like to apologize and regret any inconvenience we might have caused but we believe there was an honest misunderstanding. The Central Presbyterian Church has not and will not receive anything that was not ordered. We use extraordinary measures to avoid these situations; this is why we verify all our orders with a second phone call. The last order the Central Presbyterian Church received was ordered by [redacted] and was verified and recorded by our shipping department as a matter of company policy at which time address, unit price, quantity, product, total cost and billing terms are confirmed. We did ask [redacted] for a purchase order number and if he had the authority to place the order. The verification was recorded and is on file and available for your review. We do not ship materials that are not ordered.

At Noble Industrial Supply Corp. customer satisfaction is our main concern and for customers that are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30-clays. The May order that they want to return was actually placed April [redacted] 2013 and is way beyond our 30 clay return policy. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the May order back as a return. But in order to accommodate and satisfy the Central Presbyterian Church we did receive the latest shipment that was refused, credited the account in full and absorbed all additional shipping charges. We will put the Central Presbyterian Church on our "Do Not Call List" and we hope that we might be a service in the future.

First let me say I would NEVER NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company. In 2013 I received a phone call asking if I would like them to ship me 16 bottles of industrial drain cleaner broken into 4 shipments and 4 payments. I accepted.Now it was my fault I didn't ask more questions, but in my mind. 16 bottles, broken into 4 shipments was 4+4+4+4. Not So! It was 16 bottles 4 times a year! I felt that since I was the one who did not ask the right questions ,we would hold to our agreement of 64 bottles of drain cleaner and I had learned a valuable lesson. Each time they called they told me I had ONE more shipment! It is Now 2015 and they are STILL telling us we have ONE MORE SHIPMENT. We have paid them well over $3000 (That is A LOT of drain cleaner for a small business) and they are STILL telling us we ordered more. We have refused to pay and deny all orders. HOWEVER , ANY reputable business would have apologized for the misunderstanding and help make it right,,,INSTEAD, they continue to call us and tell us we need to accept more. We have done EVERYTHING to pay what we had initially ordered, more they TOLD us we ordered (it has been our last shipment for over a year) We now no longer pay them ANYTHING. We have talked to Someone in charge and have been given his word this is over, but last week we received a very unpleasant phone call, upset because we have refused to pay.
