Noble is ... ignoble.
They messed up names and other detail items on our paperwork. Generally sloppy job with paperwork relative to other similar companies I've used in the past. My normal notary refused to notarize the documents. "There are too many errors."
No one at "Noble" returned my phone messages. Now, the "overnighted" paperwork - which cost me an additional $15 - - is taking 3 days to get here? !
Go elsewhere. Plenty of other companies in the area. This is not brain surgery people!
Review: Good Afternoon I brought a property last year in October and paid Noble Land transfer for a clear title and after I brought the property I started receiving back water bills asking me to pay them and streets department back bills owed on property and received a fine or the property and threatening letter saying the bill will increase by $300.00 or more by AugDesired Settlement: To pay the streets department there's fees/fines and pay the water department
