Noble Planta

Review: I purchased a plant from Noble Plant. It was sold to me by [redacted]. When I purchased the plant I also asked that he repot the plant using his best judgement for the appropriate pot to accommodate the size of the plant. Since he is an expert I felt secure he would choose the pot would not cause damage or harm to plant. I paid [redacted] $195 for the plant, $48 for the pot and $20 for delivery. The plant is an eight to ten feet bird of paradise tropical plant. When the plant arrived I noticed the pot was much smaller for this size plant and it could not stand up on its own we had to lean it against the wall for balance. After a few waterings the roots of the plant were exposed which indicates it wasn't planted in the required amount of depth for the replanting. I made a few attempts to go back and also call this shop and it was always closed. No store hours were posted or listed on the receipt or card. The plant leaves started to look brown & damaged & falling over. I finally was able to go to [redacted]'s store to speak to him and he attempted chased me out of his shop, yelling and citing he does not give refund. I told him I am not asking for a refund but I would like him to take a look at the plant or the pot because he choose an the wrong pot and the plant looks sick. this happened soon after we purchased it. His colleague was standing offered to come by since our locations were very close. His colleague came by upon site he said "this is the wrong pot, I do not know why he used this". I asked if they can get the correct pot for the plant and he uses the price of the pot to towards the new pot.(which I was willing to pay the difference). He said he was willing to do so plus I would have to pay for the repotting and soil and delivery. I called [redacted] to ask if I could only pay the difference of the pot and that I should pay for the repot since I already paid for it in the initial sale. [redacted] began to yell, and was very rude. Not willing to correct be responsible for his mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like for the plant to be repotted with the appropriate soil, At no additional cost to me. his sale policy is very unclear for this matter.
