Unprofessional and rude
In just my short time dealing with "Bo" he was short and condescending. Anyone with that short of a fuse needs to not be public facing.

Noble is the best
Hurricane Michael crashed our home and our dreams. Working with the Public Adjuster we were able to get seven times what was initially offered by the carrier. The carrier did not want to pay anything. Our adjuster helped us through some of the most difficult times of our life. Don’t feel alone and stressed. You deserve best. Noble is the wisest choice.

Marcus and Violet at Noble were wonderful at keeping us informed and worked very hard for us to help us through the difficult insurance process with our commercial office building. They both stayed on top of things and we finally got a good resolution for all! Way to go, thank you so much!

Miss representation by NOBEL in public AD. They work with an outside company (I-TEST), (also getting paid by them directly) over the 10% listed
Nobel in contract charges wa works10% fee. But works with a company called "I-TEST" ... Noble contacted I test I test contacted myself for a home inspection. eye contact and Noble if this was their inspection people, they said yes, so they did the inspection neither company told me there would be a $5,500 fee for this inspection it was not the free inspection stated and nobles ads or contract.... Now this is beadded feeing deducted from my claim for repairs to the home. Also Noble gets paid another 10% from this company for a assumption of a finder's fee, button contract says they will only get 10% fee of my return ........ To me that should be considered an insurance scam also against federal laws.

Desired Outcome

That Noble can only get the 10% stated in the contract and they have to pay for the inspection report as they claim it as a free service included in the 10% fee. Also they need to change their policy advertisement and disclose any outside companies they will suggest the homeowner contact with their cost and also state that Noble will be collecting an additional 10% from that outside company

For the benefit of the Revdex.com...
I-Test is NOT a Noble Company. I-Test is a separate testing company, and one of the several that Noble referred to it's clients to do technical work requiring very specific expertise/licensing. This is work that Noble does not perform.

Specifically:
-Environmental Inspection, Report Issued 8/21/19
-Engineering/Structural Inspection, Report Issued 10/2/19
-Internal Moisture Mapping Inspection, Report Issued 8/21/19

Regarding the concern over our charges...
Noble's fees are a flat 10% on the total of the new monies paid out by the carrier post execution of the Client LOR. I-Test pays us 10% directly as our clients are not billed for their service, the insurance carrier is billed. Therefore, Noble did not receive an "additional" 10%, because the cost of the I-Test reports were deducted by the insurance carrier prior to issuing any checks to Noble/our Client. Noble only received the fees we are contractually bound to receive.

I don't know what I would have done without Susan McGee "talking me down off the ledge" the many times I was frustrated enough to jump off my roof ... if I had had one. But seriously, and without blathering on and on: anyone with severe property damage needs a PA. The most intelligent choice is Noble.

We asked Noble PC to assess Michael damages to our house. TWICE they had the house assessed...BOTH times the people they sent out were INACCURATE.
Since BOTH "ADJUSTERS" were INACCURATE as to the diagram layout of the house, and EXAGGERATED the repairs needed (It would have been less costly just to start fresh and REBUILD.)

When I called "Flora," at Frontline to request that they remove Noble from our records, she said they couldn't, without word from Noble, (we had sent Ben *** there at Noble, a written statement, which read, "PLEASE CANCEL our Contract ASAP with Noble, since your figures and diagrams were HIGHLY INACCURATE AND INFLATED." All Ben Maxwell wanted to do was to argue EACH POINT. My wife, Barbara, had sent TWO itemized statements (one from EACH Adjuster who had drawn INACCURATE diagrams on the TWO occasions they had come out) THESE are what Ben *** wanted to argue, POINT BY POINT...BUT, Mr Maxwell had never come out to ensure ACCURACY !

I called in a couple weeks ago and had a lot of questions about the services that are offered and Mary did a great job helping me. She answered all my questions and even had to research a topic and call me back. I was completely satisfied with the customer care and the fact they took the time to find the answer and call me back.

After living in Panama City Beach, FL for over 29 years, the inevitable finally happened. On October 10, 2018, my home suffered major damage from Hurricane Michael. After unsuccessfully trying to negotiate for 3 months with the insurance company for a fair settlement to repair my home, I felt the need to hire a Public Adjuster. I did not know where or who to turn to. Noble Adjusting Group came very highly recommended, and I have to say, they surpassed ALL of my expectations. With their experts and extremely competent staff, they were able to reach a settlement with my insurance company that was almost "five" times the amount originally offered. Now, thanks to Noble, I am able to repair my home. If anyone is on the fence, and in need of help with an insurance claim, I can highly recommend Noble Adjusting Group, because I can personally attest to the fact that their honest integrity and the results they are able to acheive, speaks for itself! I want to send out a special "Thank You" to all the people, who I now consider friends at Noble, for helping me at one of the most trying times of my life.
