Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience. The demolition company that had cleared the lot had caused the damage and they had already paid the roofer to go out and fix the issue. Apparently the roofer came out a couple of times but no one was home and so he returned. He did not let us... know and so we were under the assumption everything has been taken care of. Our office is going to call you to schedule a time for them to come and take care of it. The fence was patches for now because the whole side is going to be replaced with a new fence. We bought our home with Squarestone Homes in March 2016. Our experience have been more than better. We would recommend this builder to our friends and family. It's been pleasure working with Melinda, Yassir and Shaun. The put their hearts in every detail of the house.

Independent contractor for TWC took my COD payment and never turned it into TWC.I had my cable installed on 09/10.13. The installation tech arrived, collected a COD in the amount of $223.37, and installed my cable. When I went to ask him for a receipt for the money, and ask him to correct a problem in one of the rooms he installed, he was already gone. I called him on his cell phone (which he called me from to ensure I would be home and have the COD before he came to my house). I told him I wanted a receipt and that he needed to come back and fix the installation issues, and he told me that he was already gone and that I would need to call the TWC office to handle things, and that he was not coming back.Desired SettlementI have had TWC out to repair the installation issues, and because of the situation, they performed the repairs free of charge. However, they will not remove the COD amount of $223.37, because they say that the tech never submitted it. TWC cannot access the tech's name.Consumer Response I am very satisfied with the resolution of this matter, and greatly appreciate the diligent efforts of Noble Resources. It is rare to find a company that will get to the bottom of a situation, but Noble Resources did just that. I thank them for their time they invested, and the credit applied to my TWC account.

Cable installation company for TWC broke a tv, have not returned to finish service and have been very rude and no compliant. Had Time Warrner Cable hooked up January 19, 2015. The installation guy was very respectful according to my wife. However, when I went to switch TV from one room to the other I noticed the hookup area on the tv was broken and stripped from the installation. I called to find out about bundling more services and they came out that day to hook up phone and internet. This guy came out late Sunday, just prior to dark. He wasn't able to complete the installation; said he would come back the next day. I discussed with him the problem with the tv and he took pictures of the damage. There had been phone contact bs k and forth. While trying to resolve the issue and get answers I got different stories as to which company the first guy worked for. They have hung up in my face Desired SettlementReplacement of tv and installation completed.
