They filed a complaint on the business because they didn't paint one door for free The door was outside the laundry room and was not included in the scope of work on the contract In the spirit of customer satisfaction, the business owner was willing to paint the door when he got the
chance, not during the middle of his busy season

I am rejecting this response because:
The business never returned our calls to even indicate he was busy or arrange a time when available. He just never called back! A verbal agreement given by the business to paint our door constitutes a contract even though not written. However due to the poor customer service we prefer to not have any more dealings with this business.
