Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]because I am in the process of trying to find the computer with the postal system to get it returned to them and the computer never worked right at all, it wasn't just the CD or DVD part of it and they know that cause I have made several complaints about it and they never did fix the problemI will be in contact with them tomorrow to let them know I am still looking for the computer [redacted] *** Regards,

April 26, [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] , We understand based on your service call records that you were having issues automatically playing your CD’sWe did know that was an issue with the software on your computer which we corrected using a re-image keySince that correction on 6/3/according to our notes you had no further issues with the computer and continued to it without issuesMyGait is not currently in possession of the laptop purchased on 5/11/2015, therefor we have the right to continue to bill until the product is returnedIf you did ship back the laptop without the return authorization number it was returned to sender, due to our return policy as stated belowPer MyGait’s return policy if you are not satisfied with the MyGait computer for any reason, you may return the MyGait computer for a refund within the first days after receiptYou must call MyGait’s Customer Service Department at 1-866-469-for return authorization and return proceduresAll returns must have a valid return authorization number that is clearly displayed on the outside of the boxReturns that arrive without a valid return authorization number will not be acceptedWe contacted you last week regarding your complaint and when we spoke you acknowledged that you weren’t sure when or how you sent the computer back to usWe asked that you provide some evidence as to, if you sent back the computerYou have yet to provide such information so we will continue to bill, since our records show you are still in possession of the laptopPlease feel free to contact us regarding any further questions or concerns, we would like to come agreeable resolutionSincerely, Lori [redacted] 1-866-475-

If you do not send the label, than I will not be able to send it back to you till the fourth of May
