Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern Since noco is unwilling to answer the questions asked in the previous response we find it be that they are admitting to not completing the job?That we the home owners had to handle things they were paid to handle and now with the Revdex.com complaint are trying to change thingsAs for a resolution we still want the refund we originally asked for the areas we had asked noco to handle that we had to handle our selfs since they did notAlong with the discrepancies that are left over that we have not handled yet to be handled that noco was asked to handle alreadyAlong with the credit at the lumber yard that is our money anyways that noco seems to think he can keep it making it theft that we have asked for several times with out the non warranty clause he tied to it that he tried to wrongfully pull on usAlong with extending the year warranty to years because of all this being dragged out for noco not completing these items and us having to take overwe originally asked for less than this from noco and it's subs and received letter intent of a lien even though they were paid in full the lawyer and us are still trying to figure out how noco thinks he can continue pull these items and keep dragging this out along with him wanting to be free and clear We would of been fine with a hiccup or two even if it was a bunch of hiccups if they would of just been fixed or address when it was originally asked to be we would not be asking for a refund for us having to handle these things and being upset that we paid a company to do a job that we wanted to look a certain way and asked for it to be a certain way it was our money not his or his subs! We are upset that it became every sub had two or more hiccups and were in no way just handling these items on there own honesty and integrity when it was done wrong even worse not even doing what we asked our money to do they just did what they wanted to or were never told to do it from noco and just left and when asked about it noco stated they would handle things and never did sorry to be a little skeptical but I have heard this from noco more than once in several emails and it never happened but we will try one more time and try and give them the opportunity once again for one finial time!Framers discrepancies:discrepancies were handled by us and noco to this date any other warranty items/discrepancies will be noted at a later time when they ariseWe did not ask for refund because they did there job and did a great job at it when we asked them to handle a itemSiders discrepancies:The day drinking and smoking of weed created a lot of issues The columns that had to be done three times third time being myself having to just take care of it so my mason could do his work Raw edges in a lot of areas that should of been the pre primed lumber from the lumber supplierSeveral areas where siding needs to be nailed nails that are still sticking out in several areas Caulking in a lot of areas that were never finished to local standards or other homes with this style of siding along with caulking that is already failing.Any items done within any area of this will require the painter to come touch up a lot of paint if these items would been handled when asked of noco and the sub the painter would not have to come back any cost incurred from the painter will be the responsibility of nocoGarage door discrepancies: discrepancies that were asked of noco were never handled by noco and had to be handled by us the home owner thus why we asked for a refundany other warranty items/discrepancies will be noted at a later time when they arise to the garage door company since warranty and bill is now under our name.Window discrepancies: This was shared by noco and us they did not handle the screen service this item was handled by us thus why we have asked for partial refundConcrete discrepancies:The vapor barrier that I had bring to attention to the sub and noco along with them using my skid steer and then having the nerve to charge for skid steer service these discrepancies thus why we have asked for a partial refundLeaving the driveway we had asked to look just like the shop drive way with a smooth surface and light trowel marks this item needs to be what was originally asked for.The patios we asked to have a light brushing along with light trowel marks this item needs to be what we asked for.Any damages created from replacing the patios and driveway will be noco responsibility since it was asked for from the startHeating and air conditioning discrepancies:discrepancies were handled by us and noco to this date thus why we asked for a partial refund any other that get addressed will need to be painted and noco will be responsible for any charges occurred if these would of been handled the painter would of not had to come backTrim carpenter: several discrepancies are trying to be handled directly with the trim carpenter if he does not handle them it will take a different routeWe have paid these company's to do a job that we felt our money should of done to what local standards are and why we would of liked to see our money do it's upsetting that they did not get done or has not been warranted in a timely manner Still trying to figure out why the people I chose to use didn't have any hiccups with if you would like to call any of the subs We used I will more than happily forward the contact information!We want the refund for the areas we had to step into the items to be fixed to what we originally asked for Now a longer warranty because of this being dragged out and not being handled within the days stated in the contract.Our credit Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern, Since noco custom homes seems to think they completed all their portions of the job and continues to make things worse and clearly does not have honor or integrity like the business motto they have you will understand more once you read on and see the claims against them along with if I decide to attach emails, text messages and pictures I am in hard place of I have honor and would like to not hurt these guys and company's but clearly I guess noco would like to show the true nature of the subs and the work noco does! We have been trying to be civil with Noco and clearly they don't want to be honest and give us the refund for the areas they didn't complete along with the credit at the lumber yard (this one is further down of how he would like to handle things) we would like noco to answer a few questions for the areas that they seem to think they finished and to address some items of our concerns of why?#framers these guys we loved they were some of the best guys I have ever had the pleasure to hire and will continue to recommend them they had a couple items but fixed them without us saying anything! #Concrete we asked to have the driveway look like the shop driveway with no brushed finish it was to have a smooth surface along with we asked for a light brush and light trowel on the patios and ended up with a heavy brush and trowel marks that are 1/inch high on the break points and edges to where you can't even walk on it bare foot we had planned on having a pool in our back yard and would of loved to been able to walk barefoot to it now clearly won't be able to do that! This sub also did not take the initiative to do a vapor barrier between the concrete/structural fill and wood when it is known that it needs to be there we told you and your sub that something had to be there! I can attach these pictures also if you would like!Several times we received an irritated reaction when we told your sub and you that we were not happy with the driveway or the patios or the services with the answer from the sub it is what it is it's there now! This sub also tried to charge me to use my own skid steer real h***t guys you choose for a sub noco would you like me to attach the emails asking for these items and stating the discrepancies? why is it that we had to address items with this sub? Why was I the one watching them and not you as the builder since this was in your portion? Since this is not what we asked you to do how is it completed if we were not happy with the services or items? #garage door we asked you to address the dents paint spray insulation on the outside face from the factory along with wind damage to the garage door when it was installed on our home! did you compete this portion and have the door replaced?Nope you didn't I had to contact the door manufacturer and the company that installed them to have this done after we had asked you several times in emails and text over three months!I will attach the emails and text messages if you would like everyone to see them if you would like me to?After I contacted them both they came and replaced the door so how did you compete this item as you supposedly state you completed all items?why is this bill paid in full by me and the warranty under my name? Why do I have emails to these companies if this was your portion to complete and asked to address?#plumbing when we asked you to have the plumber fix the air leak that his employee covered up with music during the inspection that I personally witnessed in the upstairs rough in did you address this when we had asked you to? Nope you didn't the response was well it passed inspection didn't it and that's a real h***t and integral way to handle things!Why is it I had to contact the owner of the plumbing company and state this item to him along with several other items like putting a hose bib on the outside of the house that We had asked you to have them do several times so it wouldn't be a pain for me and my wife to put gallon buckets out of the shop sink or fill them during the day when she was trying to conduct business and take care of our kids along with it was a inconvenience for the workers to do their jobs! Why is it with the water heater that we had paid for that we continued to ask to be installed for months and along with the weld county inspector asked to have it installed at rough in would you like me to attach the inspection letter and my emails and text messages? After I was in contact with The owner of the plumbing company he apologized to me and fixed and addressed all the items that we had asked you to have him do along with he stated in a email to me that he was never contacted by you or made aware of these items from his employees for any of this so if you completed this portion why is it that I have a completely different warranty and bill that's paid in full with him and several emails and text between him and I to compete and fix/finish his items since some of these were under your portion? #the siders they were good guys just had some things that we didn't like we asked you to get a handle on them day drinking and smoking weed on our property (would you like me to attach the video one of my subs who witnessed this and pictures of this?) you had choose not to thus that Leeds to several items on the home that were not completed or are not of quality workmanship for this area or had to be addressed several times over! I had asked you several times to fix items they did not compete or have another company come in to address these items you have yet to handle all those items and I will once again be calling another one of your subs to have them address these items so if you supposedly completed your portion of the work why is there still items that need to be done? #the insulation company good couple of guys and we have recommended them to others but we had asked you several times to have them compete items in the crawl space you didn't do this he even stated it to me in a email he never knew about it along with you never sent me the insulation certificates I had to contact him my self for these items to get the finial inspection so why is it that I have these items sent to my email and text messages from him and not you? if you completed this portion why did I have to contact him? Why did I have to call in for the inspections since this was under your portion? #the dry wallers the day they came to hang they were cutting studs and Simpson straps for stairs and walls where you there to check on the quality of their work? Nope that was me again I had to address these items to this sub to fix them right then before they tried to cover them up cause that's what they were going to do great integrity! there are still several cracks and tape that has popped and textured areas that needs to be address once again another sub I will be contacting my self since you haven't completed this! before my painter comes in for his finial touch up! So how have you completed this if there are still items that you were asked to be addressed? Why did I have to watch them and check on the quality of there work when that's what we hired you to do? #the roofers this company I still have yet to figure out how they are in business from what I have read about them and we have witnessed they came dried the roof in so they say, the bad part is they left holes you could put you head into on the peaks and along the east wall the geo paper didn't even carry up it allowed for snow and water to get inside the house making it to where I had to climb on the roof to patch them myself so the house would not have water damage where you up there on the roof with me before the storms patching these holes or making a phone call like I had asked you to do? Nope you were not along with the roofers were not there to address these items when we had asked you several times to have them do it? Nope they didn't come back for almost three weeks after the Facia was on they then did half the roof and left again for over a month we asked you to address this situation on several occasions to get the roof done it's pretty bad when the blown in insulation and drywall were done for two weeks before they came back to finish the roof completely it took a call from me to the owner of the roofing company which took two weeks to get ahold of to get the roof done! So why is it that this bill and warranty is under my name and not yours? So how did you compete this portion if I ended up finishing it? #the trim carpenter he started out being a great guy and then turned to follow like a puppy and not do things correctly or have any honor or integrity this was one noco recommended we use since noco was to only get the home to drywall! We told the trim carpenter several times to ask us the questions and to send us the bill but yet he kept contacting noco instead of us as he was to be doing this it was our last straw of not h***t subs that you had surrounded you company with along with this sub did not finish his work trying to trade out items that I did for other items he had seen plans for along with it took forever to get ahold of him and every time I would try and get him to schedule him he tried to blame it on others holding him up on the project when everything was done and ready to go along with I have asked him for now three weeks to come fix some warranty items he has yet to contact me back after I have tried twice I will be filing a Revdex.com claim against him now and moving forward to put him with Noco in a small claims Since you say that everything passed inspection because of you competing the job how is this true? It is pretty clear that if I would of not contacted the subs and people this would of not happened! Who was the one there with the weld county inspector? Who was the one calling in for the inspections?How did you get the failed inspections? Because I seem to have text massages sent to you with these items you never were or never came to check for failed items isn't this part of your job? Isn't your job to check on the quality of the work your subs are doing? Instead of me relaying this to you and still not having them all done? The only reason the home passed inspection was because of me calling the subs and people you were suppose to have address the items that we had asked you to do! As you stated in your response that per our request that we wanted you to turn the project over I am sorry but wrong once again You offered to step away from the project it was not a request from our behalf we agreed to this offer because clearly you were not doing the job we had paid you in full to do you became irritated with us several times asking for items to be addressed I will attach all those emails also if you would like us to?As you stated that you disagree with our contentions and are willing to warranty items and concerns You have yet to warranty any of the items or address any of the items We have had concerns with we had asked you to do it in the past so why so it all the sudden changing I have contacted the company's myself and have had these items taken care of along with you stated several times you wanted us to sign a release from the home along with holding our credit money from the lumber yard till we sign this release of you having to warranty anything along with threatening us with a lien when you were paid in full per certified mail along with that you threatened the lien if we didn't remove our claim against you with the Revdex.com would you like me to attach this item also? Noco is now are trying to address these items to late because of us contacting the Revdex.com with noco not handling these items to competition is why we have asked for refund and our credit that is our money anyways and noco to warranty the subs that we were pleased with under noco we have taken care of several of the other subs for the warranties but in the areas noco did not compete that we had to step into we do not feel noco should of received the full payment that was given to them We have been trying to be civil with noco but it has now come to larger problem that noco keeps creating by making things harder with threats of liens that can't be even done because they have been paid in full, theft of our own money and fraud for not following the contract this company has a moto of integrity we have yet to see it Regards, [redacted] ***

So why is it that this bill and warranty is under my name and not yours? So how did you compete this portion if I ended up finishing it? #6 the trim carpenter he started out being a great guy and then turned to follow like a puppy and not do things correctly or have any honor or integrity this was one noco recommended we use since noco was to only get the home to drywall! We told the trim carpenter several times to ask us the questions and to send us the bill but yet he kept contacting noco instead of us as he was to be doing this it was our last straw of not h[redacted]t subs that you had surrounded you company with along with this sub did not finish his work trying to trade out items that I did for other items he had seen plans for along with it took forever to get ahold of him and every time I would try and get him to schedule him he tried to blame it on others holding him up on the project when everything was done and ready to go along with I have asked him for now three weeks to come fix some warranty items he has yet to contact me back after I have tried twice I will be filing a Revdex.com claim against him now and moving forward to put him with Noco in a small claims  Since you say that everything passed inspection because of you competing the job  how is this true? It is pretty clear that if I would of not contacted the subs and people  this would of not happened! Who was the one there with the weld county inspector? Who was the one calling in for the inspections?How did you get the failed inspections? Because I seem to have text massages sent to you with these items you never were or never came to check for failed items isn't this part of your job? Isn't your job to check on the quality of the work your subs are doing? Instead of me relaying this to you and still not having them all done? The only reason the home passed inspection was because of me calling the subs and people you were suppose to have address the items that we had asked you to do! As you stated in your response that per our request that we wanted you to turn the project over I am sorry but wrong once again You offered to step away from the project it was not a request from our behalf we agreed to this offer because clearly you were not doing the job we had paid you in full to do you became irritated with us several times asking for items to be addressed I will attach all those emails also if you would like us to?As you stated that you disagree with our contentions and are willing to warranty items and concerns You have yet to warranty any of the items or address any of the items We have had concerns with we had asked you to do it in the past so why so it all the sudden changing I have contacted the company's myself and have had these items taken care of along with you stated several times you wanted us to sign a release from the home along with holding our credit money from the lumber yard till we sign this release of you having to warranty anything along with threatening us with a lien when you were paid in full per certified mail along with that you threatened the lien if we didn't remove our claim against you with the Revdex.com would you like me to attach this item also? Noco is now are trying to address these items to late because of us contacting the Revdex.com with noco not handling these items to competition is why we have asked for refund and our credit that is our money anyways and noco to warranty the subs that we were pleased with under noco we have taken care of several of the other subs for the warranties but in the areas noco did not compete that we had to step into we do not feel noco should of received the full payment that was given to them We have been trying to be civil with noco but it has now come to larger problem that noco keeps creating by making things harder with threats of liens that can't be even done because they have been paid in full, theft of our own money and fraud for not following the contract this company has a moto of integrity we have yet to see it.
