We have been in contact with *** ***. Most recently on Monday, January 12. We have confirmed that she is entitled to a refund of $530.19. We also acknowledge that the refund should have been received in - weeks. Due to the holidays, several delays
occurred with regard to processing the check. I expect to have an update later today regarding the status of the check. When I have received confirmation and a check number, I will reach out to Ms. *** once again
